The Central Committee of the Likud supported Netanyahu’s resolution updating the date for the primaries and giving him two freebies to the list. It means Netanyahu can ensure that his strongest supporters are on the list who might otherwise not be there.
The vote was 1567 to 835.
This means that Saar may not even challenge him for the leadership.
