Israel’s future is secure with its youth

A large majority of Hebrew-speaking Israeli Jews ages 15-18 intend to enlist in the Israel Defense Forces, a Midgam Research Institute poll found.

The online poll, which surveyed a representative sample of 501 young Israelis, found that 76 percent intend to enlist. Broken down by gender, 92% of males and 60% of females said they intend to join the IDF. Only 10% of all respondents said they do not plan to serve in the IDF.

The results of the poll were presented in conjunction with the opening of the Zionist Youth Congress in Gush Etzion, an initiative of the Zionist Council in Israel and the World Zionist Organization.

Some 70% of respondents self-identified as Zionists.

An overwhelming majority of respondents — 85% — said they were unwilling to give up parts of Jerusalem, even in exchange for real peace with the Palestinians.

If Deborah = Bee, how about expecting and encouraging our Honeybee to be the next “Deborah

As soon as Yamit82 sells me to the Bedouins, I take over!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am probably mistaken but I think Guutu means Gabriel.

That means I could be called Father of “Gabriel” or “Abba Gabriel”. If father is defined as founder or creator, it is the name that should only be given to Deity (which I donot want to have as a man)who created the Angel Gabriel. I thought initially it may not be as good as the one you mentioned when translated to Hebrew. Thanks for the translation. It is alright to have an angelic name with angelic power as the one who killed 185,000 of Israeli’s enemies overnight. Then, no more concerns as the bees under the leadership of Honeybee (Deborah) from the beehives around Israel’s borders could take care of a remaining ones, if any!!!!!!!!! 🙂

I read what you posted. I saw some prejudice against women. The Bible’s narrative about Prophetess Deborah is very clear. Instead of giving more authority to the oral tradition, which indirectly defines “lightening” as Barak, believing the Tanach seems to me more reasonable.
If Deborah = Bee, how about expecting and encouraging our Honeybee to be the next “Deborah”? 🙂

    “Fooled you! Sweetie”

    Not yet, Twinkie.

    — But don’t let that keep you from trying (it hasn’t, so far).
