Jewish Home MK: Annex Judea/Samaria, pay Arabs to emigrate

Bezalel Smotrich offers alternative peace plan to the two-state solution, calls for annexation of Judea and Samaria.

According to Smotrich’s plan, Israel would annex all of Judea and Samaria, including areas A, B, and C.

As for the demographic problem posed by adding those areas to the State of Israel, Smotrich proposes to give Arab residents three options. First, every Arab in the area would offered $100,000 to emigrate to the country of their choice.

For those who wish to remain, they would have the choice of either accepting permanent residency status, as was offered to Jerusalem’s Arab population when eastern portions of the city were annexed in 1967, or living under an autonomy arrangement. Under the latter, local Arabs would continue to manage their own affairs, while the land would be under Israeli sovereignty.

Smotrich emphasizes that his plan to encourage Arab emigration from Judea and Samaria would be completely voluntary.

“This is a comprehensive solution that until now has never been put on the table,” Smotrich said. “It’s important to put an alternative out that will remove the leftwing plan of Palestinian statehood from the agenda, a plan that for all practical purposes has no chance of reaching a [negotiated] agreement. As I see it, the establishment of a Palestinian state would be tantamount to collective suicide for us.”

Smotrich dismissed concerns over international reaction to his proposal. “Even from an international point of view the solution I’m offering is the best. Think outside of the box. Today when the Prime Minister says that there needs to be a Palestinian state, I can’t blame the international community. But when we start talking in terms of justice, ethics, and history and not just security, the world, which is primarily religious, will understand.”

Smotrich’s suggestion would go further than a plan already proposed by his party’s leader, Naftali Bennett, which calls for Israel to annex Area C, while granting full autonomy to the Palestinian Arabs in Areas A and B.

  1. @ 1DavidKA:
You are correct there are problems. So we should give in because someone may not like we are dealing with terrorists. I disagree! By the way these guys do not usually fight to the death and so there would not be tens of thousands of deaths.

We know who terrorists are in many cases. We round them up nightly and interrogate them and come up with more terrorists to arrest.

If families do not want to move under this plan they do not have to. If they move in mass revenge after they leave will be difficult especially if they do not leave a forwarding address and besides the reach of these terrorists is not that long.

  2. @ Bear Klein:
I’m not optimistic it’s doable. Israel doesn’t know exactly who is or will be a terrorist. And if they did know, they’d have to shoot tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands, of the bad guys, because that’s how many active or in-training terrorists there are in the WB. Israel can’t kill so many folks without major problems abroad and at home with Israeli arabs and international community going wild.

I can’t see how it’s possible to move large families stealthily. Even if it would work, the bad guys will find them wherever they emigrate to and punish them severely.

  3. @ 1DavidKA:You raise a valid point.

I believe you have to get rid of the terrorists and their supporters step one.

Then when someone is paid to leave you stealthy move them.

  4. Shin Bet: New Duma arson wasn’t ‘Jewish terror’

Israel Security Agency says latest fire doesn’t appear to have been ‘nationalistic,’ strengthening suspicions regarding Arab feud.

Ibrahim Dawabshe is the sole witness who claimed to have actually seen two alleged attackers during the arson…….

Aside from Saturday night’s arson, just a month after the lethal arson the house of the victim’s brother was set on fire but immediately ruled to be an Arab arson and not investigated further.

That second arson further raised suspicions among some that a reported longstanding local feud was responsible for the murder, particularly in light of large question marks in the details of the fatal arson.

The assessment would seem to strengthen suspicions that a string of three fires targeting one family in the town may be connected to a reported 18-year-old feud within the Arab village, and not “Jewish terror” as has been alleged in the investigation of a lethal arson attack that took place last July.

but how can the 4 who declared to the world that the Jews burned the baby NOW allow an honest investigation uncorrupted by their incompetence, negligence and false imprisonment. How can they admit that their lies murdered Jews? It is highly unlikely that the 4 will allow the real truth to come out and dirty their fake reputations.

  5. Home of Duma trial witness torched in West Bank village

Ibrahim Dawabshah, who is unhurt in incident, was first at the scene of alleged Jewish terror attack last year that killed three Palestinians

Lol, obviously a continuation of the same arab vendetta which will NEVER be investigated by the same quadruplets who declared to the world that Jews burned the baby and set off the current wave of revenge terror against jews. It is a rare day in hell when corrupt officials who have been incompetent and negligent investigate and reveal evidence which contradicts and exposes their massive incompetence and prior corruption. They will continue to double down to falsely accuse Jews with no credible evidence in order to cover up their own crime.
In aid of this massive blood libel of Jews on Jews we also have these kapos spreading the blood libels

A loud boom was heard and the house went up in flames,” Rabbi Arik Ascherman, president of Rabbis for Human Rights, which has been a key group advocating for stronger action against settler violence in the West Bank, said in a statement.

so a fake jew calling himself a rabbi when he is in fact a political activist seeking to blame jews with no evidence. the idea behind calling himself a rabbi is to lend an aura of truth to his lies. Innocent Jews are incarcerated because this fake “rabbi” is spreading lies. He is only there to make sure that the real perpetrators are never found so that he can continue his vendetta of blood libels against Jews. He arrived waving his lies like a flag and then pretends to be a truth teller by calling himself “rabbi”.

Ben Uliel was not responsible for the torching of the home in Duma,” Ben Gvir said in a statement. “The Duma villagers are fighting among themselves, and this isn’t the first time the village has seen a personal settling of scores. The claim that it was the home of a witness, and that the intention may have been to deter him, is beyond ridiculous.”

We will never get the truth from the 4 who stated without credible evidence that Jews burned the baby…. the truth would render their futures obsolete…. just wont happen.
