Secretary-General Antonió Guterres rejected a report published by ECSWA, a Beirut-based agency of the world body that is comprised of 18 Arab states, which accuses Israel of “apartheid.”

The report’s chief author is Richard Falk, a former UN official who was condemned repeatedly by the UK and other governments for antisemitism.

U.S. ambassador Nikki Haley demanded the UN withdraw the report. UN Watch complained to Reuters for reporting the story while failing to cite Falk’s ignominious record of antisemitism and 9/11 conspiracy theories. READ MORE

  1. The UN is a total waste of time, effort and money. It has been infested with nations of despotic regimes and the very worst violators of human rights are condemning others. When the UN sits lies are the order of the day. When the truth is presented by NGO’s like UNWatch, the truth is ignored. Probably because the despotic nations would imprison or kill their own UN representatives if they failed to go along with the lies and disgraceful condemnation of the UN’s favorite target, Israel. So useless but the Western countries that founded this thing that turned into a monster are too cowardly to act against it. It needs to be disbanded and replaced with an organisation that has truth, honesty and integrity as its foundations rather than lies, deception and evil. I expect we will have to wait for the Messiah before that will be possible.

  2. The timing of Falk’s report is more about delegitimizing the UN ANTI-BDS conference on March 29, 2017. and to support blocking David Friedman as USA Ambassadorto Israel, because most demSenators have NOT stated how they will vote.

  3. did the u n chief reject it because its rubbish by a rubbish OR to keep u s funding??
the u n has violated its charter since day 1
