  1. There are quite a few comments in Walter’s paragraph 2nd half that sound impressive but mean nothing practical- repeat “practical.”

    For starters the idea of a World Parliamentarian management of international relations instead of pure imperialism – ie military power – is secularised Christianity brought to the table by Woodrow Wilson and FDR of the USA. The League of Nations and UNO were put together on the assumption that Europe and America would remain in charge so it is sour grapes to complain when Third World midgets led by Arabs pass counter factual resolutions. The answer is to pull the rug under the Arabs by taking to non petroleum energy.

    Second Marx would recognise the modern World after reading a week’s newspapers and a month’s periodicals. Capital has agglomerated into the 580 transnational corporations mostly American that are in a position to bully even the US Federal Government never mind the bulk of the economic piddling members of the UN, and the Trump and Orban and Brexiteers are nationalist rebellions against this by if not proletarians then little people not in the top 1% using the only alternative the comprehend at their disposal. As Dr Johnson said about Wilkes and the North Briton, “Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel.”

What is rarely alluded to in the attempt to gauge and understand the globalism phenomenon is that it basically has evolved into an unholy amalgam of both contemporary leftism (which would be unrecognizable by Marx) AND Nazi corporate fascism. Nazi industrialists and Nazi aristocratic elements have managed to mash their world empire vision together with the communist vision of a world government minus its labor power. This is Hitler’s 4th Reich, feudal warlordism, utopian imperialism, obsessive compulsive disorder and narcissistic sadism wrapped in a nice idealistic ribbon for the “New Age” gullible. Above all it is NAZI, the Waffen SS occult initiative envisioned at Wewelsburg Castle, the navel of the human id monster’s savage rationality.

  5. It would be interesting to read the script writer’s commissioning brief. The video includes every Soviet and Marxist complaint about Capitalism back to the “Manifesto” and beyond. In the 19th century free trade commercial pressures on social custom and order were referred to as “Manchesterism!” The logic includes the errors of confusing the faults of the executive officials with the faults of the idea /doctrine and fails to see that there is no free lunch I the political World as much as in the commercial World. If you go abroad to trade or influence or war. Then what you dish out is eventually volleyed back to you in some form. This text can be taken apart line by line for precedents, contradictions, misuse of terms and pure loss of temper and bile at modern times.
