Trump will be a social liberal and a fiscal and foreign policy conservative, i.e., a much needed hybrid synthesis that will be hard to predict until his first year in office. One hopes that he will be anti-corruption and encourage a wave of anti-corruption citizens to run for office.

Rubio is a way better candidate than McGovern or Romney.

He has been their financial benefactor.

If it becomes a three way race and no one wins the minimun delegates needed (1270 I think) and goes to a brokered convention Rubio will have an excellent chance to win as he the second favorite and does not not have the enemies Trump and Cruz do.

If Trump becomes President, he may well dismantle much of Obama’s legislation and executive orders but I don’t see him prosecuting Obama or Hillary.
