Iranians I know are very upset that Trump has not followed through (so far ) on attacking Iran and Khameni. Trump made a mistake when he did not let Israel take Khameni during the 12 days war.

Donald Trump is surrounded by Qataris — even by Jewish ones like Witkoff and especially by those in his family. Of late, it seems they will do anything they can to continue the staatus quo.. We’ll see how he fares.
Channel 12 reports that Trump will strike Iran but that Trump has concluded that the regime will not be dislodged by airstrikes. Consequently, his attack will focus on dealing a blow at Iran’s ballistic missiles and nuclear facilities. If this is true, his promises to the support the Iranian people will have been proven to be quite hollow. Importantly, the Saudi’s are in Washington meeting with Trump’s team.
