The Biggest Enemy of the Palestinians isn’t Israel -It Jordan’s Hashemite Regime

Mudar Zahran

For decades, the Hashemite regime has enforced a systematic policy of discrimination against Jordanians of Palestinian descent—targeting their businesses, shutting them out of government jobs and higher education, and denying them equal opportunities.

Even so, Palestinians remain Jordan’s demographic majority and continue to be the backbone of Jordan’s economy, business sector, and wealth creation.

Palestinians have every reason to wear the label “the Jews of the Arab world” as a badge of honor—not as an insult, but because of their well-known ability to succeed, innovate, and thrive against all odds. Time and again, Palestinians have built lives and businesses from nothing, choosing to create, produce, and build rather than destroy. Despite repeated attempts by Arab regimes—led by Jordan’s Hashemite regime—to erase them, the Palestinian people have endured, prospered, and outlasted every campaign waged against them.
