Mark Levin’s Sunday show of August 23, 2026 – ** Re: Senator Ted Cruz’s (Ted) new book on Clarence Thomas (CT) * of SCOTUS. Ted said it had to be written for public consumption. ** After – 2 years more, CT will be longest sitting Justice on SCOTUS in its History – also one of the most brilliant in his occupation, as well as consequential. The entire interview was with regard to CT and Ted’s Book including his interview with CT which lasted for 9 hours straight. They are good friends. Ted appeared before CT many times qua an attorney regarding many serious counts for the present & the future, in the pleadings + in person (sua sponte).
I watched his nomination before the US Senate. He was a victim of the Dem. Senators – because he was a BLACK. They even brought in witnesses – fakes – to defame him. It will take me some time to put it all together – orderly. I suggest to have it on ISRAPUNDIT for now: only as the Interview as is – and with a reference that the Book available next Tues. Comments will follow in a day or two for better context, as it covers centuries. CT was an historian as well as a justice. CT – had specific respect for the Laws of Nature and the US Constitution – which are steeped in what is AKA – “simple common sense” – for which same is a religious input, and: not for courts to amend/savage in matters: wherein THEY write same which makes no sense whatsoever – because they can!
That can break down a country. The USA is already in a conflict from within, with the assistance of the courts. We all know of rulings – which should jail the judges.
What Ted related, was that CT believed in natural law which came from God and not wayward judges – with no knowledge and//or ethics (most of them – in USA).
The missive imperative of CT is to “set the bar” of the courts, and all that is connected with it: and evergreen.
In brief, what both CT and Ted are postulating is the same as the “Roman Senator Cicero” who stated the following:
“NATURAL LAW IS REASON IN HARMANY WITH NATURE”. Our Epoch – has failed therein & miserably: in most countries around the world natural law is fiction.
