PELONI: As long as the West continues to prefer focusing on dealing with the symptoms of having been infiltrated by Islamists rather than doing the hard work of actually addressing the source of that infiltration, ie Islamist financial access to the West and Muslim Brotherhood presence in the West, the most that might be hope for is the continued ability to detect planned attacks such as this and other before they actually take place. The reality, however, is that it is unlikely that such detection will continue to be successful as the nidus of Islamic infection in the West is left to expand without consequence. The prevention of these Islamist attacks is simply a foreboding warning of coming great tragedies yet to be realized…which might be better dealt with by eliminating the sources of this problem rather than simply anticipating its symptoms.

A young Pennsylvania man has just been arrested as he was preparing to launch an attack on Jews and synagogues in the United States. He was inspired by the Islamic State (ISIS) and Hamas sites online, and from them he developed his plan and collected part of his armory — a semi-automatic rifle — while he also planned to obtain the poisons cyanide and ricin in order to kill large numbers of Jews.
This madman was presumably a convert to Islam, as the available news reports tell us that his name is Jonathan Hunter Kramer. The Department of Justice states that “Kramer, 21, a resident of Valencia, Pennsylvania, has been charged by federal criminal complaint with receiving a firearm and ammunition knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the firearm and ammunition would be used to commit a felony or a federal crime of terrorism, including providing, attempting to provide, and conspiring to provide material support or resources to a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).”
The same DoJ press release says that “subsequent investigation confirmed that Kramer had been using the online persona of ‘Hamza Al Rashid’ who claimed affiliation with ISIS, offered to share explosive manuals with others, and expressed his intent to prepare for his ‘mission’ and that he was just missing a ‘weapon.’”
So Jonathan Hunter Kramer became Hamza Al Rashid. All he had to do, after all, was to recite the Shehadah. More about him can be found here.
A 21-year-old Pennsylvania resident has been charged with planning an ISIS-inspired attack against the Jewish community and synagogues in the United States. According to allegations, the young man, who was already known to authorities for extremist activity as a minor, was preparing for a poisoning and shooting attack and had obtained a semi-automatic rifle.
The suspect was arrested Sunday after federal agents raided a hotel room in the town of Cranberry. He is charged with receiving a firearm with the intent that it be used to commit a serious crime or an act of terrorism.
According to investigative documents, he operated fake online profiles and spread ISIS and Hamas propaganda. In May, investigators found messages on an encrypted app in which he discussed harming “infidels” and producing lethal substances. Among other things, he wrote: “I want to inject ricin or cyanide into grocery stores or food events, preferably at synagogues.” He later added: “Poison is an excellent way to wage war. I just need a weapon; once I have one, I’m ready.”…
In his room, authorities found a semi-automatic rifle, five loaded magazines, 190 rounds of ammunition, an optical sight, and pepper spray. At his home, they also found 30 knives and a farewell note: “Don’t look for me. I can’t live in constant fear.”
In other words, he was insane, but sought his solace in carrying out a deed that he knew would please those whom Oriana Fallaci called “the sons of Allah.” He expected to die — hence his farewell note. But why did he live in “constant fear”? Was he worried about the police? Or frightened by the prospect of those all-powerful Jews of his imagination getting wind of his plans? Or could he conceivably have been living in “constant fear” of “Islamophobia”? No, that would be to strain credulity well beyond the breaking point.
Authorities had known of him since 2023, when, as a minor, he distributed guides for making explosive devices under an alias. His computer also contained videos in which he pledged allegiance to ISIS’s advisory council. He was tried as a minor and placed in a rehabilitation program, from which he was released this past March. Soon afterward, authorities allege, he returned to planning an attack.
He sounds like he wanted not just to kill Jews, but to help as a supernumerary of ISIS, to which he pledged his support online, in order to bring down the whole Infidel edifice.
Now that he’s reached the age of majority, he can be sentenced to a long prison term, where he’ll be able to read the Qur’an and the hadith to his heart’s content, which is a mind-rotting exercise I would not wish on anyone.
