A recent poll by Manhattan Institute poll revealed a very concerning trend for supporters of Israel.
The poll, dated from October 2025, showed 17% of current GOP supporters to hold antisemitic views, labeled as “anti-Jewish Republicans.” Disturbsingly, this faction within the GOP believes that either the Holocaust was exaggerated or that it did not happen at all.
They also consider Israel to be a “settler-colonial state” that is responsible for entangling the U.S. in foreign wars.
Notably, 37% of all GOP voters believe the Holocaust was exaggerated, with particularly high rates among Hispanic (77%), Black (66%), and young male Republicans under 50 (54%).
Anti-Jewish Republicans tend to be younger, male, college-educated, racially diverse, and new to the party, often voting for Trump for the first time in 2024. Infrequent church attendance strongly correlates with these views, while regular chutch attendance appears to have the opposite impact. Despite these concerns, the poll finds antisemitic sentiment slightly higher among Democrats (20%). While 40% of Republicans believe Arab or Muslim Americans are more loyal to foreign countries, only 11% hold that view about Jewish Americans, similar to perceptions of Italian or evangelical Christian Americans. The GOP remains deeply divided, with a stable pro-Israel “Core Republican” base (65%) and a more progressive, unstable “New Entrant” bloc (29%), though both strongly support Trump as well as JD Vance.

My wife and I often get polls like thise in the main; and we never respond to them, even though we are both MAGA Republicans.

@Michael No it doesn’t and that’s the first kind of thing he talks about, ironically, misleading headlines with just speculation that creates misleading media narratives but he’s not usually this repetitive. I got bored and stopped listening.

I read the entire poll and some of it just didn’t sound right.
Question: “In American politics the use of political violence is somewhat justified.”
Democrats: 30% Yes and 70% No
Republicans: 30% Yes and 70% No
I don’t believe that for 5 seconds.
Republicans have not burned cities, murdered people, have a military arm like Antifa and The Muslims. Democrats have been violent for years.
The last time Republicans were violent was 1861-1865 when they took the Democrat’s slaves away from them.

Like I usually say, Israel cannot rely on “supporters”.
The Israelis have to do what has be done and do it by themselves, preferably as soon as possible.
