Peloni: Netanyahu addresses the important role benefits coming from the partnership between Israel and America. He also cites Trump’s independence and determination to prevent Iran gaining the means of striking the US with nuclear and conventional means. An important point he raises is that Israel did act alone in attacking Iran’s Pars gas fields, and that they agreed in acquiescence with Trump’s request to not do so again – all while careful not to address whether the US had been aware of the attack before hand. On this point he also argued that the future solution to dealing with choke points in the Persian Gulf will be thru the use of pipelines which go thru Israel to the Mediterranean Sea. He also challenges the democracies of the world to wake up to the dangers facing them before it is too late, that he is hopeful but not certain that Iran will soon have a new govt, that spiking energy costs will soon come down, and that the war will end sooner than people expect, that the Iranian Caspian navy was seriously degraded, and that the Iranian people will be responsible for any regime change which might come to be.
