By Moshe Phillips

In the aftermath of the Hamas-led terrorist invasion of southern Israel on October 7th America’s pro-Israel community embarked on an emergency program that including advocating for the release of kidnapped hostages, countering media bias, fundraising for Israeli communities, and exposing Jew-hatred on campus and elsewhere. But what should we set as our priorities for 2026?

“Lived Reality”

Linda Goudsmit

“Lived Reality” is a term derived from the subjective, personal experience of an individual. Similar terms like “direct experience” and “firsthand experience” help define the specific meaning of “lived reality.” What is most descriptive, however, is its antonyms. The Power Thesaurus lists ten opposites of lived reality as: acted, playacted, feigned, faked, played, pretended, simulated, bluffed, fooled, and play-acted. Words matter, and the ten opposites listed infer that anything that is not experienced firsthand is not authentic. The actual antonym for lived reality is objective reality. In the woke, realm of subjective reality where “lived reality” is the metric, only feelings matter. In the impersonal, verifiable, realm of objective reality, facts are the metric. In objective reality gravity exists––it is a fact. In subjective reality little Johnny feels he can fly, but if he jumps off the roof he will fall to his death because gravity is a fact. Objective reality always prevails.

Like the proverbial frog basking unaware in a gradually boiling pot of water, American holiday observance has been modified piecemeal over the last half century to create an increasingly woke federal calendar. This trend should not be surprising given recent history’s leftward political drift.

Lox & Load, a Jewish gun club, slowly grows across America

Peloni:  I have made the point many time that Jews should pursue proper training and gun ownership to the limit of their local constituencies worldwide.  Protect yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

By Andrea Widburg | Am Thinker | Dec 27, 2025

I believe that history proves that all Jews should be legally armed and defensively dangerous. As law-abiding citizens and moral human beings, we should always be able to exercise our God-given right to self-defense. Fortunately, it seems that, slowly but steadily, more and more American Jews—a demographic that was traditionally anti-gun—are beginning to see things my way.

Enough with the Blood Libels – There Is No “Settler Violence”

Peloni:  “Say it clearly and loudly: there is no settler violence.”   I simply could not agree more.  Do not give this blood libel air to breathe.

They are trying to manipulate your consciousness through the blood libel known as “settler violence.”Do not be dragged into this false discourse. Before you condemn, stop and think for a moment…

Once again, we are witnessing videos that serve the “settler violence” campaign—a campaign that raises its head whenever the left identifies an opportunity for diplomatic pressure that could lead to further Israeli withdrawals.

Canada, UK, France, Germany among 14 countries to condemn Israel’s ‘settlement expansion’ in Judea and Samaria

By | Dec 25, 2025

Canada has seen the largest surge of antisemitism in the world. Last April, Israel’s Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism presented its first report on the rise of antisemitism around the world. It found that in regard to this increase in antisemitism, Canada was overwhelmingly in the lead: “In Canada antisemitic incidents increased by 970%; in Australia 320% and a 260% rise in antisemitic violence; in the United States a rise of 200%; and in France, a 300% increase in antisemitic incidents.”

Canada is also the country that is most vocal about DEI and anti-hate initiatives; but given its record, the question of whether Jews are included in these initiatives is a valid one.

Tucker Carlson: “I Don’t Know Anyone Who’s Been Killed by Radical Islam.”

Tucker tells Soros alum that Islamic terrorism “doesn’t reflect the ‘lived reality’ of anyone I’ve ever met.”

by

In an interview with Harrison Berger, formerly of Drop Site News (which received $250,000 from George Soros), Tucker Carlson claimed that the recent TPUSA poll showing that a majority of attendees thought that “Radical Islam” was the greatest threat to America was really an Israeli “op”.

“I don’t know anyone in the United States in the last 24 years who’s been killed by radical Islam.” Tucker Carlson claimed.

Is Ukraine Peace Deal Doomed Before Zelenskyy & Trump Even Meet At Mar-A-Lago?

Peloni:  Currently, Russia is advancing along multiple centers along the line of contact against Ukraine, and has just seized the city of Siversk which served as a key stronghold in northern Donetsk due to its heightened elevation overlooking the surrounding areas.  The speed by which this stronghold was overrun was indicative of the advantages which Russia holds over Ukraine.  With this in mind, the claims made below and elsewhere suggesting that Putin is desperate for peace remains to be seen as highly questionable at best.  Ukraine’s failures on the battlefield continue to play an important role in the peace negotiations.  A story from Axios reports that Zelensky will support holding a referendum on Trump’s peace plan, but only if he can get a 60-day ceasefire first.  Importantly, he will no doubt refuse any participation to those Ukrainians in the territories which he continues to insist are still part of Ukraine, something which has been a mainstay of Ukrainian political maneuvers since 2014 when the country’s govt was first overthrown and its largest political party was banned.

As Ukraine and the U.S. try one more time to reach agreement on terms for a peace deal to end the war with Russia, questions remain about whether a resolution is still possible after multiple stalled rounds of negotiations.

Israel recognizes Republic of Somaliland, 30 years after Red Sea state declared independence from Somalia

Peloni:  This was a dramatic and interesting move.  Importantly, the govt of Somaliland serves as an example for the rest of Africa as well as the Middle East to follow:  they do not tolerate political Islam.  This provides an important counter to rising radicalism in Africa and across the Red Sea in Houthi-controlled portion of Yemen.

Israel Will Not Withdraw from Gaza, Katz Declares Amid US Pushback

An in-depth investigation by Israel Hayom by Shachar Kleiman reveals a stark contrast between Qatar’s polished international image and the harsh reality faced by its migrant workforce and political dissidents. Despite global attention following the 2022 FIFA World Cup, systemic exploitation, repression, and human rights violations persist in the Gulf state, driven by the entrenched Kafala (sponsorship) system and a legal framework that prioritizes state and employer control over individual worker’s rights.

The Myth of Saudi Moderation: When Mecca Speaks, It Speaks for the State

Peloni:  While Saudi Arabia does not recognize the state of Israel, it certainly wants Israel to recognize its anger with Israel.  Beyond the report below, in recent days leading upto this sermon, the Saudis have threatened further distancing from Israel over its actions in Syria, and the rabbi of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Rabbi Jacob Herzog, has been barred from entering Saudi Arabia.  These are not coincidences.

Janet Levy:  Mecca is the pulpit that transmits messages to the entire Muslim world – global religious signaling.  What’s broadcast at the Grand Mosque represents the ideology, politics, and policies of the Saudi rulers.

The mosque in Mecca is run by the Saudi state and its imams are state-appointed.  It’s impossible for a sermon to be delivered there that goes against the positions of the Kingdom.

This was part of a December 13th sermon:

“Our children in our beloved and respected Palestine… stood with their stone sticks and bodies against the oppressive, brutal Zionist enemy with its varied, superior, deadly weapons…

Oh Allah, deal with the Jews who have seized and occupied, for they cannot escape Your power. Oh Allah, send upon them Your punishment and misery which is never repelled from the wrongdoing people.”

Ask yourself what the Abraham Accords REALLY mean?  Smells like, walks like and talks like taqiyya.

From Islam’s holiest, state-controlled pulpit in Mecca, the sermon praised Palestinian violence and explicitly prayed for divine punishment and misery to be inflicted on Jews, presenting that message as legitimate religious guidance broadcast to the Muslim world.

Syria’s Integration Deal Nears Collapse

In just a little more than a week, Syria could return to the civil strife its people suffered under for 13 years. A March deal to unify the militaries of President Ahmad al-Sharaa and the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces commander Mazloum Abdi is unlikely to be consummated by the end of the year. Instead, there has been renewed conflict. “In the event that SDF forces refuse to implement the March agreement, matters may head towards escalation,” an Interior Ministry spokesperson warned after intense clashes with SDF forces in Aleppo on December 22.

The Forgotten Bond of Friendship between the American Zionists and the Black Civil Rights Movement

For at least four decades, African-American and Jewish relations have soured and whatever platitudes may be uttered by recognized leaders of both groups, the rank and file among both groups often hold aggressive and condescending views of each other. Few remember or care to celebrate the heyday of the close, cordial and fraternal relations in the 1940s that differed from the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s when many Liberal Jewish activists were often in the forefront of that struggle, sometimes to the chagrin and open resentment of many young Blacks.
