Trump administration should bring Al Jazeera in line with US law

Peloni:  The US must divest itself from all aspects of Qatari influence peddling, including the Qatari propaganda hub better known as Al Jazeera

AJ+ is headquartered in the United States but the Justice Department found it operates “at the direction and control” of the Qatari government.

There’s one challenge in the Middle East that President Donald Trump can easily tackle. During his first term, his administration ordered AJ+, a U.S.-based project of the Al Jazeera Media Network, to register as a foreign agent acting on behalf of Qatar. Al Jazeera remains noncompliant. As the Qatari network faces heat for aiding and abetting Hamas terrorism—including a lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court—the Trump administration should enforce its original order.

Time to Indict and Arrest the 51 Traitors

Peloni:  Accountability before the law is an essential aspect of civilized society.  Lacking this, there is little which distinguishes civilization from the very real barbarians who stand at the gates.

Federal authorities eventually confirmed that the laptop belonging to President Biden’s son was authentic. However, national security experts have stated that they stand by the 2020 letter they penned, expressing their concerns about disinformation. Emails from the device, which was left at a Delaware computer shop, showed that the younger Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm where Hunter, 54, sat on the board.

US envoy Witkoff says Hamas ‘duped’ him, blames renewed Gaza attacks on Hamas’ reneging on agreement

Peloni:  Recall that in a recent interview, Witkof confessed to having never actually spoken to Hamas, and that he negotiated thru the Qatari’s, even remarking that this made it essential to be able to trust the Qatari’s to mediate with Hamas.  It would of course never occur to the Qatari-enamored Witkof that any deception which took place in his negotiations emanated from the inappropriate trust which he claimed to have for the Hamas allied Qataris who finance, support, and protect Hamas.   Such duplicity is beyond contempt, and beyond believability.

John Roberts is the Judas of the Judiciary

Peloni:  The American Judiciary is meant to uphold the laws of the land in the US, and the Legislature is meant to hold the individual justices accountable for their fidelity to the law.  The failure of both of these branches of govt to maintain fidelity with these obligations is now taking the form of blocking the very real need for reform being exercised by the Executive, and as Sen. Shumer recently confessed, the appointed judges involved in this effort were specifically appointed for this very reason, demonstrating the fact that the failure of equitable rulings of constitutionality in America is entirely by design.  The solution to all of this is thru the ballot box, to elect a more responsible legislature which will hold the Judiciary to account rather than adding to its politicization and judicial failures.  Yet, the electoral process in the US, which led to the 2020 election debacle, complete with the support of the failure of Robert’s court, has yet to be reformed.  And notably, any reform which might be proposed to enforce the concept of Consent of the Governed will itself be faced with the mail-storm of “Progressive justice” now blocking ongoing reforms in the US.  So the US stands at a point in which systemic corruption is actively being maintained by the corrupt activists, which will act as intended to block any redress which reduces their hold on power in the US…very similar to the Judicial standoff now ongoing in Israel…and thru it all, Chief Justice Roberts continues to fail in his duty to uphold the Constitution as he remains silent on the confessed weaponizing of the court system in the US.

Jewish Nationalism

Israeli flag at Masada Public Domain

The Ottoman Empire ruled Palestine from 1517 until WWI, relinquishing the sovereignty of the territory to the Allies in the Treaty of Sèvres of August 10, 1920. This enabled the Jews to pursue their historic claim to Palestine contends Dore Gold, historian and former Israeli ambassador. The British did not give Palestine to the Jews; “it was a de jure recognition of a situation that existed de facto,” asserts historian Isiah Friedman. They assumed that the Arabs and Jews would be able to live together in harmony and that the Arabs would profit from this arrangement. But the British acknowledged an overriding issue: The Jews had the more compelling and credible case, and that this was sui generis.

Why Did Barak Personally Raise the Specter of Civil War?

Peloni: In what was a bizarre moment even for recent events, Aharon Barak, the author of the establishment of the existing Juristocracy in Israel,  went on multiple television programs to threatened of civil war if PM Netanyahu dismissal of Ronin Bar was not stopped.  Yossi Baum explains why he would be so bold as to make such an threat.

Are Turkish President Recip Erdo?an’s days numbered?

Peloni:  Erdogan has more lives than a colony of cats.  Hence, unfortunately, it is unlikely that he will not survive this most recent democratic outrage, even as the protests persist.

By Andrea Widburg | Am Thinker | March 23, 2025

Last week, Recep Tayyip Erdo?an, Turkey’s Islamist president, arrested a political rival. That sparked several days of protest, and, today, it’s seemingly culminated with protestors invading the presidential palace. The big question is whether this ends with a brutal response or the end of Erdo?an’s reign. Obviously, I have no answer to that question, but I can provide a little, very superficial background to help make some sense of what’s happening in Turkey today.

Today’s Turkey is the remnant of the once formidable Ottoman Empire, which, at its peak in 1683, before it was beaten back at the Gates of Vienna, controlled vast swaths of central Europe and the Middle East for hundreds of years:

Mark Levin Addresses the rise of Progressivism and how it is subverting Constitution

Peloni:  It continues to be revealing how well the Leftist Juristocracy in Israel is being used as a model around which the Progressives in the US are subverting executive authority. Relatedly, Levin raises a pivotal point in his Mar 22 monologue as he raise the question of whether Justices John Roberts and Amy Comey Barret will be part of the revolution which puts an end to the representative govt in America.

Mar 22: Levin discusses the ideological roots of Progressivism as it relates to the ongoing revolution against the will of the people and representative govt, which is taking place via the rulings by progressive judges which were recently appointed by the Biden administration for exactly this purpose.
