What President Trump Must Demand to Eliminate Iran’s Nuclear Threat

Peloni:  In a WSJ Op Ed, Trump’s Mideast Envoy, Steve Witkoff has already signaled a position of retreat in place of what should have been clear US resolve to have Iran, itself, retreat.   Stating that “Where our red line will be, there can’t be weaponization of your nuclear capability” Witkoff has indicated a significant weaking of Trump’s own message to Iran.  Indeed, after assembling the greatest military presence in history in the region, alongside the equivocating threat from Trump himself, Witkoff’s prevarication will unfortunately betray US resolve while strengthening Iranian resistance.  This portends a very unfortunate outcome should Witkoff’s statements indicate Trump’s true position in this negotiation.  If Trump’s position has not changed, the FDD assessment below should have been used in place of the Witkoff strategy of weakness.

The United States and Iran are set to hold landmark talks on April 12, President Donald Trump announced earlier in the week, just weeks after Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei refused the idea. The watershed event follows the president’s letter to Khamenei in early March in which he posed a stark ultimatum to Tehran: negotiate a deal within two months that removes the nuclear threat, or face punishing U.S. sanctions and possibly strikes on the regime’s nuclear facilities.

The Process Matters When Confronting the Deep State

Peloni:  Is this the real reason that the Russiagate files, which had full authorization to be released, were leaked, ie to taint the release with an implied political bias?

Sundance | April 12, 2025

Regarding the recently released Russiagate files. Again, emphasizing that process matters, let me explain how and why we are being purposefully misled, even with Trump ‘allies’ in control of various govt agencies (silos).

At least when it’s leftist antisemitism.

In surprising news, the newspaper that published a list of Jewish members of Congress with yellow marks over their names during the Iran Deal vote (not in 1939 but in 2015) thinks fighting antisemitism is a bad idea.

Israeli Arabs moved nearly 3 million shekels ($800,000 USD) from Turkey to help fund terror in Judea and Samaria

Israel’s enemies repeatedly call Israel an occupier of Judea and Samaria, although the Jews are indigenous to the land. Given the jihad against it, Israel needs to expand its presence in Judea and Samaria even more in order to preserve its state. At the end of February, the IDF discovered Hamas plans for a mass jihad attack in Judea, Samaria and central Israel. And in mid-February, an Israeli brigadier general warned that released jihadi prisoners would wage jihad and build militias in Judea and Samaria.

Lingering question: Did Ukaine have some role in an attempt to kill Trump?

Peloni:  What did Ukraine know, what did they do with that knowledge, and most importantly, why is there such a hushed silence surrounding these questions?

In a age of lightning-fast information and leaks over secrets, it’s remarkable how quiet things are on who may have been behind the two known assassination attempts on President Trump last summer, one of which almost succeeded.

We still don’t know.

Trump, Netanyahu, and Iran

Peloni:  While you are talking, you are not shooting.  Until this situation changes, Iran will keep its nuclear program intact and ongoing.  The Mullahs respond to only one calculus, and it is based on kinetic, not verbal, action

By | April 10, 2025

Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu left Washington without having an assurance from President Trump that the 17% tariff the President placed on Israeli goods would be removed, even though Israel, the day before, had removed all tariffs on American goods. Lowering that tariff will now be the subject of negotiation. But when it came to Gaza, there was no disagreement, no hint of any American dismay with the way the IDF was conducting the war. That was a great relief for the Israelis, who remember the pressures Israel experience during the Biden administration, which tried to direct the IDF’s conduct of its war.

Peloni:  Reports of a major offensive in Eastern Khan Yunis

By Seth Frantzman | April 10, 2025

Israeli soldiers operate in the Morag Corridor, an area between Rafah and Khan Younis in southern Gaza. (IDF)

The Israeli military is proceeding systematically and slowly to consolidate control over southern Gaza. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) sent more units into the territory and is aiming to cut off Rafah. In the first days of April, the IDF announced it would take control of the Morag Corridor separating Rafah from Khan Younis. Now, Israeli units are operating in the corridor and are seeking to clear Rafah of remaining Hamas infrastructure and fighters.

Wisconsin’s Supreme Court Election Screams for Department of Justice Criminal Investigation

In the Wisconsin state election held on April 1, 2025, hard-left Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Susan Crawford, who was adamantly opposed to Voter IDs, faced off against conservative Brad Schimel. Crawford won (55% to 45%), garnering 237,884 more votes than Schimel out of a total of 2,364,372 votes cast. In the same election, 63% of voters supported an amendment to the Wisconsin state constitution requiring a voter ID. The voter ID amendment carried every one of Wisconsin’s 72 counties except Dane County (where Madison is) and Milwaukee County. The disconnect between the two outcomes is stunning until you look under the hood.

Mike Pregent Addresses the Very Real Threat From Qatar & Why It Is Seldom Addressed

Peloni:  Highly recommended video.  Mike Pregent offers insights and perspectives which are rarely addressed in his analysis of the threat emanating from Qatar, and it insidious, systemic and systematic influence over the West and particularly American leaders, not the least of which has included Trump’s man Friday, Mideast Envoy Steve Witkoff.  He also addresses the duplicity of Al Jolani and the threat from Turkey, as well as just touching on the Israeli Qatargate issue.

Netanyahu speaks out…

With every passing day of these sham court proceedings, and as more Israelis wake up to the truth, Netanyahu is finally saying out loud what many of us have known for a long time.

IDF to Expel Air Force Reservists Who Opposed Gaza War

Peloni:  A distinction which carries with it the all importance task of de-politizing the ranks.  It is a necessary measure at anytime, but most acutely so amidst an existential war arising on multiple fronts.

Military cracks down on public dissent as tensions mount over war and policy.

Israfan | April 10, 2025

The IDF announced it will expel hundreds of Air Force reservists who signed a public letter calling for an end to the war in Gaza. This decisive action comes under the leadership of current IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir, who has adopted a firmer stance than his predecessors on political dissent within the ranks.
