Trump Would Be Wise To Deliver Regime Change in Iran

Peloni:  Sometimes war is not the only way forward, but on occasion, war will be the only way way forward.  Being able to distinguish between these two sets of circumstances is the true test of leadership.  Regime change in Tehran is necessary for both Israel and the US.  Should Trump fail to recognize  and act on this fact, it will continue to endanger both these great nations.

After the success Donald Trump enjoyed negotiating the Abraham Accords towards the end of his first term in office, which saw a number of leading Arab states normalise relations with Israel, it is widely expected that his new administration will want to pursue a similar policy of ending hostilities in the Middle East. • The October 7, 2023 attacks carried out against Israel by Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists…. was the direct result of Tehran’s ability to fund the terrorist movement to the tune of $100 million a year, an operation that would not have been possible without Biden’s lenient attitude towards the ayatollahs.

Israel’s expanding efforts to disrupt Hezbollah’s supply chain

Emanuele Ottolenghi & Joe Truzman | November 15, 2024

In recent years, Iran steadily built up Hezbollah’s arsenal in Lebanon and Syria by shipping weapons, flying them in, and transporting them by truck. Weapons consignments arrived at ports and airports and were stored at warehouses in both countries before being distributed to Hezbollah units. Israel has sought to disrupt the flow of weapons, chiefly by bombing raids on targets in Syria (including the port of Latakia and the airport in Damascus). Since Hezbollah joined Hamas and opened a second front against Israel on October 8, 2023, Israel has hit targets in Lebanon as well. But Israel’s efforts to degrade and destroy Hezbollah’s arsenal and disrupt Iran’s efforts to resupply it have dramatically increased in tempo since September 28, the day after Israel eliminated Hezbollah’s late leader, Hassan Nasrallah.

Victory by the Moon: The symbolic game of dates*

Peloni:  This is a fascinating read!

If Muslim holy days are repeatedly violated, the jihad army draws down onto itself the humiliating reputation of being unable to defend the sanctity of the holy days, or to punish those who violate such sanctity.

ANJULI PANDAVAR

Editorial note: Having been a Muslim for the early part of my life, I now do all I can to help save Jews from the Holocaust the Muslims have in store for them. Most maddening about these efforts has been the absolute refusal, not to say inability, of almost every Jew I’ve spoken to, to even consider what I’m saying. Their responses never reference reality, but always their own moral precepts or self-referential opinions. I have even encountered abuse from Jews.

Rabbi Herzog: This is what Trump will do with #UAE

Rabbi Jacob Herzog

This is what Trump will do with #UAE

Trump’s goal will be to curb the UAE’s meddling in the areas it has been involved in. He will remind President #Mohammed_Bin_Zayed of his modest position in the region and hold the UAE and others accountable for any violations committed in the past four years.

ROOKE: Don’t Let Calls For Unity Fool You. The GOP Is Still At War

Peloni:  The sharply opposing ideologies between MAGA and GOPe helped mount countless coups against a sitting president of their own party and ultimately led to the election fraud being first supported and later ignored.  As the Democrats have their own internal war, so too do the Republicans, but the Democrats ALWAY project unity, while the Republican are far less successful in doing so.

Mary Rooke | Daily Caller |

Republican South Dakota Sen. John Thune was elected Senate Majority Leader on Wednesday. While he appears to have agreed to work with President-elect Donald Trump to confirm his political and judicial nominations and further his agenda, the story is far from over.

Israel should reject the very dumb idea of a “deal.”

Peloni:  The Old Conception required significant policies to be based on fantasy rather than reality.  The “deal” being pushed on Israel requires a resurgence of this Old Conception foundation, and for Israel to accept doing so would be the greatest of follies.  Reject the deal.

House Kills Tool For New Trump Admin To Crack Down On Alleged Pro-Terrorist Nonprofits

Peloni:  There are tools aplenty to deal with funding terror in the US.  If employing these existing measures are too limited, it would be reasonable to seek expanding such legislation, but passing new legislation would hardly result in the desired outcome if existing legislation is yet to be enforced.

Eireann Van Natta | Daily Caller |

Democrats killed a bill Tuesday to give the Trump administration power to crack down on allegedly pro-terror nonprofits.

Residents of Beirut reported three days of heavy and increasing airstrikes in the city. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) put out statements in Arabic calling on civilians to leave numerous areas in southern Beirut, including in the neighborhoods of Ghobeiry and Dahieh. The IDF also said in a briefing on November 14 that it estimates 2,250 Hezbollah operatives have been eliminated in fighting in southern Lebanon since October 1. Other Hezbollah members have been killed in Beirut and other localities in Lebanon, although the IDF did not provide an estimate of how many were killed outside of southern Lebanon.

Marco Rubio – Between A Blob And A Hard Place.

Peloni:  It is hard to serve two masters, particularly when they have opposing agendas.   Of course, while it is true that only Nixon could go to China, how likely is it that Rubio as Secretary of State will dismantle the IRI’s role in internet censorship when the IRI is in fact celebrating Rubio’s appointment to become Secretary of State.

Woman Ambushes Rubio but Gets Owned, Proves He’ll Be an Amazing Secretary of State

By Michael Schwarz, WESTERN JOURNALISM  November 14, 2024 at 11:10am

As his Cabinet nominations have shown, President-elect Donald Trump plans a revolutionary assault on the sinister and unconstitutional deep state. Thus, when Trump supporters react to one particular nomination with tepid enthusiasm or even outright disappointment — as many did when a report surfaced earlier this week that Trump would pick Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida as secretary of state — it makes sense not only to consider the totality of Trump’s appointments but also the particular admirable qualities Rubio will bring to the job.For instance, shortly after that report surfaced, a 36-second clip of Rubio demonstrating those qualities while being accosted by a pro-Palestinian woman began circulating on the social media platform X.

“Senator Rubio, will you call for a ceasefire in Gaza?” the woman asked.

“No, I will not. On the contrary,” the senator replied.

A tale of two worlds: Republicans and Democrats after the US election

Peloni:  Trump’s return to the White House signals a shift in America back towards the values and needs and wants of regular Americans and away from that of the Globalist, Wokish American elites.

Meanwhile, the losing Democrats have turned the rifles on each other, seeking blame, but ignoring the larger reasons and implications of their decisive defeat.

By DOUGLAS ALTABEF | NOVEMBER 14, 2024

Rubio is expected to serve as the next secretary of state. Trump has brought back optimism to the American discourse, the writer argues.  (photo credit: Jonathan Drake/Reuters)

Perhaps it is inevitable that the winners take their victory lap and losers stare at the ground wondering what went wrong. But this time seems different. The winning Republicans are not only not gloating, but rather are trying to see something more deep-seated, structural and transformational in their victory.
