Bizarre developments seem to be emerging in what is considered by many—rightly or wrongly—the home of modern democracy, for there appears to be a growing alignment between Paris and the tyrannical theocrats of Tehran, particularly over the fate of war-torn Lebanon.

Peloni:  This video provides a highly detailed, granular review of IDF actions in Lebanon, in which each casualty is described over the past month’s action.  One point which I found disturbing was the narrator’s description of the pager attack as being perverted.  The incapacitation of these Hezbollah butchers with minimal risk to the general population should not be described as perverse but, rather the exact opposite.  In any event, the detail depicted in this video is well researched and very informative.

The messaging from the left is now more focused on what happens after the election than the election itself.

After some optimism that lasted less than 24 hours, Hezbollah and Israel seem as far from a ceasefire as ever, which begs the question: How else will the war end?

Earlier in the week, the Israeli army had declared its mission accomplished and removed protective barriers it had set up against Hezbollah’s Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGM) in Israel’s northernmost towns, near the Lebanese border.

Peloni:  This should be US policy, but not because Israel is an American ally and not because Israel’s enemies are terrorists predicated on the subjugation and destruction of Israel and her people, but because Israel’s enemies are terrorists predicated on the subjugation and destruction of the West entirely, and of the US specifically.  Quite simply, Israel’s enemies are America’s enemies, and right now, it is the American govt which is funding, protecting and safeguarding terror orgainizations which seek to carryout October 7 slaughters all across the US.  All nations have unique interests, but in no way and in no measure is forestalling the elimination of the terror armies facing Israel an American interest.  Rather, it is solely an Iranian interest as these terrorists answer solely to Iran.  So as Vivek states, Israel should act in their own interest, and in doing so, they should have full American support, because by its actions Israel is safeguarding both Israel, America and the Free World.

The revelation that Senator Chuck Schumer helped Columbia University cover up antisemitism further diminishes his already sinking status among Jews.

The House Committee on Education and the Workforce report on campus antisemitism showed that Sen. Schmuer had told Columbia President Minouche Shafik that “universities political problems are really only among Republicans” and his staff recommended the “best strategy is to keep heads down”.

For years, Sen. Schumer had claimed to be a ‘shomer’ or ‘guardian’ of the Jewish community. The report reveals that he was a shomer for antisemites.

Peloni:  Well, in two days, or two weeks or possibly two months, we will finally find out if America will stand as a captured nation, with its people being subjugated and its institutions forever reserved to serve the elites of the US and the world, or if America will finally return to the principles of consent of the governed, responsible statecraft, and a return of equality before the law.  America once represented the best model around which modern societies could attempt to emulate, but the expanding institutional corruption, leveraged use of two-tiered justice, and the loss of representative govt has come to change that perception to something altogether loathsome and despicable.  In fact, the outcome of the 2024 US election should be understood to be a showdown between the American people and the overlordship of their captured govt which has seen fit to reign over their public in the same illiberal manner which they attempt to force their will over foreign nations, allies and enemies alike.  So, let us hope for a brighter tomorrow with a Trump victory and not too much unpleasantness, but no matter the outcome of this election, the road of Americans regaining control of America should be understood to have just begun.
