When Christians sympathize to proselytize

Israel’s global isolation combined with critical educational deficiencies outside the Orthodox world have created an opening for missionaries to lob spiritual missiles from within the Jewish state while Hamas and Hezbollah shoot ballistic missiles from without.

Missionaries trying to convert IDF soldiersYad L’achim

Since the start of the war with Hamas on October 7th, evangelical Christians have been vocal in professing their love for the Jewish state. But this love may come at a price as some covertly seek to corrupt the Jewish spirit. Surreptitious missionaries are exploiting Israel’s growing isolation to infiltrate Jewish life, ingratiate themselves to agencies and institutions, and pledge their enduring friendship – all while harboring a conversionary agenda aimed at divorcing Jews from the faith of their ancestors. To this end, many are volunteering on farms where they furtively seek to “witness” to Israelis, or befriending IDF soldiers in the hope of exposing them to Christian scripture.

American voters in Israel can make the difference

Ron Jager | August 29, 2024

The Biden-Harris Presidency has allowed anti-Semitism in America to reach unprecedented levels forcing American Jews to live as if they are under siege. Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee for the upcoming 2024 elections has refrained from unequivocally disavowing blatant anti-Israel and anti-Jew voices among the Democratic ranks. Jews who share the almost-universal Jewish connection to the land of Israel face insult, threat, ostracism, and outright violence. The safety and security of Jews in America are under threat like never before. Over the past four years of a Democratic run White House, anti-Semitism in America has gotten out of control. This is the true legacy of today’s Democratic Party.

Iran is closing in on nuclear weaponization. America and Israel need a strategy

Eric R. Mandel,   August 29, 2024

FILE – Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei speaks in Tehran, Iran, July 5, 2024. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and national security adviser Jake Sullivan said Friday, July 19, at separate panels in Colorado, that Iran is talking more about getting a nuclear bomb, and has made strides in developing one key aspect of a weapon in recent months. Iran says its nuclear program is for civilian purposes. The U.S. and others in the international community believe Khamenei long has held off from giving any final go-ahead for Iranian scientists to develop a nuclear weapon. (AP Photo/Vahid Salemi, File)

America and Israel have no Iran strategy.

This is my conclusion after meeting with members of Congress and their staff, State Department workers, and Israeli political, intelligence, defense and think tank leaders this month. The U.S. cannot deal with the gravity of the threat, and Israel has been waiting for the U.S. to take the lead.

Mike Benz: The Real Reason for Pavel Durov’s Arrest, and the Deep State’s Plan to Control Our Speech

Benz:  “Domestic Tech platform policies, internet censorship, came to the United States and has been exported around the world because free speech is a casualty of a proxy war of the blob against populism.  And what I mean by the blob is our foreign policy establishment which is primarily concentrated within the US state department & the US intelligence services like the CIA the Pentagon, and the soft power swarm Army that we have through our ngos and state department CIA USAID fundedCivil Society institutions.  We’ve had this long range plan to seize Eurasia.

After 1990 the US the UK and partners in NATO set on set on a quest to take political control over the territories of the former Soviet Union and were very successful until Vladimir Putin Rose to power and began to assert energy diplomacy as a means for Russia to reassert political influence over Central and Eastern Europe.”

What’s the plan to Save America?

Tierney’s Real News  Aug 29, 2024

People are wondering why all of a sudden President Trump has reached out to liberals and wealthy donors like Elon & RFK Jr. & Bill Ackman & Peter Thiel & David Sacks to form a Team of Rivals like Lincoln did. Trump has drawn together an alliance that includes a powerful and influential faction of Silicon Valley’s tech elite. I believe it’s because of BRICS, the dollar, AI, Bitcoin, energy and the New World Order’s desire to control us all with a centralized digital currency. They are ALL connected.

IMHO – there has been a HUGE shift in thinking by the deep thinker finance & tech guys on what this stuff all means for the future. Nobody really understands what prompted THAT shift. What’s their plan to Save America? I think I figured it out.

Ukrainian Lines Collapsing in Donetz and Retreating in Kursk

Peloni. In the video below, Dima describes the breakout on the Pokrovsk front to be nothing short of miraculous as the Ukrainian forces are retreating at record speed.  Watch the first fifteen minutes for the latest movement in the Pokrovsk area as well as the political concerns being raised over Ukriane’s faltering front lines.

Can Kasapoglu from the Hudson Institute explains that Ukraine in the areas around Pokrovsk as making ‘strategic withdraw[als]”,  while the Kagan Institute of War recently claimed Russia is making only ‘tactical advances’.  Ignoring the fun of teasing apart the distinctions between these statements, Russia is making significant gains in its approach to the vital transit hub of Pokrovsk, known as “the gateway to Donetsk”.  The consequence of losing this hub, which has stood for a decade, could cost Ukraine the entire of central and southern Donetsk.

2-Faced J Street Response to Pro-Hamas Protesters

Moshe Phillips | August 27, 2024

In public, J Street says it’s horrified by the antisemitism of pro-Hamas protesters. But in private this week, J Street’s president pressured Jewish Democrats to stop accusing the protesters of being antisemitic. Why the two faces?

After last month’s pro-Hamas protests in Washington, D.C., J Street issued a statement denouncing what it called “the hateful, antisemitic, protests and harassment.” The July 25 news release said it was “vile and abhorrent” for the protesters to use “pro-Hamas slogans” and charged that their behavior “instills fear and fuels hate.” J Street said anybody “associating with the brutal terror organization Hamas must be condemned.”

IDF Launches Sweeping West Bank Counterterrorism Operation

FDD | August 28, 2024

Latest Developments

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched an overnight counterterrorism operation in the West Bank on August 27, targeting militants in multiple locations, including the cities of Jenin and Tulkarem. By morning on August 28, the IDF reported that it had eliminated five “armed terrorists” in those areas, apprehended “wanted suspects,” and located and confiscated “weapons including M-16s, ammunition and additional military equipment.” Read more…

US and EU Sanctions Against Israel: What They Are, What They Aren’t, and What it All Means

Peloni:  This is an important video.  In the first half of the video, Naomi presents the details and process by which the US sanction policy, which was first developed back in 2019, was deployed against Israel.  The more important part of this video, however, begins at 25:29 where Naomi explains that previous to the current sanctions campaign against Israel, sanctions had been used against specific people for specific reasons, but at present, the sanction policy being leveraged against Israel is being used to tame the Rightward awakening in Israeli society which has taken hold in the wake of October 7.  Also, unlike in support of previous sanctions activity, a committee has been erected to choose individuals to be sanctioned as targets, and that these individuals are used as examples to threaten the Israeli public to not go too far to the Right.  The sanctions are additionally being used to try to manipulate the fall of Bibi’s govt for one more pliable to US demands.  Importantly, Naomi shares why it is vital to fight this outrageous attack on Israel, and what steps Regavim is currently taking.

The case for “Dresdenization” of Hamas and Hezbollah territory

Why wait for genocidal Iran to have nukes?

Howard Rotberg   Courtesy

Why are Israeli defensive actions categorized as a pre-emptive strike on Iran when Israel, under missile attack from Iran and its proxies, has had to remove tens of thousands of its citizens from the north and has been subject to the taking of, and abuse and murder of, its citizens as hostages.

If Hamas doesn’t return the civilian hostages by the anniversary date of October 7, 2024, and stop firing missiles, then Israel might:

  1. Bomb Iran’s oil fields,
  2. Consider following the historical lead of America and Britain in February, 1945 at Dresden Germany, and firebomb Gaza.

ISRAEL’S STRIKE ON HEZBOLLAH – NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

Peloni:  Mike explains to Gadi that all that we have been told about the pre-emptive attack does not fit with the facts that we know.  He and Gadi discuss what Mike finds to be a more reasonable hypothesis beginning at 20:44 and lasts for about twenty minutes.  I was listening to a live Twitter Space while the attack took place, and it was remarked at the time that the limited casualties which were reported during Israel’s preemptive attack, about a half dozen, did not make sense and that this number should be expected to significantly increase after the fog of war dissipated.  Well, that number didn’t change, which draws Mike to consider other potential realities than the narrative which is being reported in the press and is being put forward by Israel’s leadership.

Israel will finally win a war!

The optimistic approach is a realistic one. Israel will destroy Hamas, preserve its credibility as an ally of Sunni states in their conflict with Iran, and enable a new Middle East.

IDF forces in the tunnel   IDF spokesman

Victory in a war requires neutralizing the enemy. The World heretofore has not permitted an Israel victory. The fact that Israel has been prevented from ever winning a war (see below) has encouraged its enemies to attack Israel repeatedly. Ending wars with armistices, ceasefires, and pauses assures that the next war will be around the corner.

This time almost all of Israel understands that it must finally win a war. Israel cannot allow Hamas to survive and retain control of Gaza. A minority in Israel has still not learned from past failures. Demonstrators in the streets of Tel Aviv seek to topple the current government (using the unfortunate hostage families as a ruse) and allow Hamas to launch another future massacre. But that noisy and committed minority shall fail.

Israel needs to save its north

Peloni: The normalization of war in the North has rendered Israel to be only a portion of itself.  This must not be allowed to persist, just as we must continue to offer such a prize to the enemy.  Secure the Northern border with interest!

Our leaders must understand the implications of not prioritizing the recovery of the north of Israel.

We love living in Israel’s north. It is an area of rolling hills, lush greenery, open areas filled with historical sites, wineries and sweet little towns. The air is dry, the water can be drunk from the tap, and life is not as sophisticated or fast-paced as it is in the center.

The north is beloved by most Israelis because they understand that it speaks to a simpler time and is an area that has always been central to the Jewish people, both in antiquity and in pre-state Mandatory Palestine.

Sadly, that seems to be a case of “that was then and this is now.” Now, the north—whether it is the western, central or upper Galilee, or the northern half of the Golan Heights—is an area under constant attack from Hezbollah rockets and drones.
