What is “poetic justice?” It is more than merely a fitting punishment, one that fully “fits” the crime. In addition it “is the highest justice, the most satisfying justice … meaning punishment unique to the crime that has been committed.” It constitutes a chastisement such that even the friends and family of the criminals must admit, even against their will, that justice has truly been done.
Peloni: The use of legal practices to disadvantage the Right is disgusting, and the building evidence demonstrating the degree to which this has been leveraged against the Right, and more specifically the settlers in J&S, is an indictment extending from the use of Lawfare to falsely employ criminal indictments against the PM to gain a political outcome. The abuse of the legal code in such a fashion is itself illegal, against both the PM and the settlers alike. The momentum behind these recent revelations are quite important, and are in fact resulting in an important effect on the people. Today, the Yesha Council is calling for the disbandment of the Shin Bet’s Jewish Division.
This evening, additional shocking recordings of blackmail and threats by the deputy head of the Shin Bet’s Jewish division against police officer Avishai Mualem were revealed.
The first use by Arabs of the name “Palestine” to refer to themselves didn’t occur until the 1960s. The choice of the name is almost comical considering that the Arabic language lacks the letter “P.”

Today, the mass media has replaced book culture as the dominant force creating the imagery we associate with various countries and their peoples.
Mention an “Italian vacation” and someone pictures the Coliseum or the Trevi Fountain and Gina Lollobrigida on the back of a cherry-red Vespa, rather than, say, the smoke-filled kitchen of a peasant family negotiating their sharecropping contract with the landowner.
Peloni: In his opening remarks, Mark explains that Trump’s proposals are the most pro-growth attempt in American history. Reform of the size of govt, regulations, the tax code, and more is all structured around manufacturing and job growth in the US. He argues further that the use of tariffs will re-industrialize America. Additionally, Mark explains that this growth is not just helpful to the economic future of the average American, but it is addressing the geopolitical need for America to re-establish a national manufacturing core which could be tapped should war with a peer power ever come to be. The combination of tax cuts with the applied tariff policy will have the twin effect of boosting domestic prosperity and addressing the problems associated with the monetizing of excessive spending of previous administrations, particularly those of the Obiden years. Mark also discusses the current state of affairs ongoing in China with Gordan Chang, and the issue of deporting college campus terror advocates with Mark Goldfeder.

During my visit today to the IDF intelligence unit, I revealed a classified document found in senior Hamas tunnels in Gaza. It proves direct ties between Iran and Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar and Mohammed Deif — and Iran’s support for Hamas’s plan to destroy Israel and for the October 7 massacre.
Peloni: Very Important Interview. Business abhors uncertainty. Clarity about the purpose and permanence of the new US tariffs would have gone a long way towards supporting business interests around the world while coping with the announcement of Trump’s tariffs. Peter Navarro provides some of this clarity in stating that it is the “non-tariff cheating [currency manipulation, fake agricultural standards, export subsidies, etc] that matters the most”. Making it clear that this issue is THE ISSUE long before the tariff announcement would have been useful, but it is being made clear now in any event.
Peloni: This has been discussed for some time now. Still the revealing and frank confession here is a jarring indictment, and as Gadi explains, it is quite in keeping with the mindset which led to the stand down preceding and eliciting the October 7 slaughter.

Peloni: The educational centers which are not complying with Federal regulations should be prosecuted to the full limit of the law. What Northwestern has demonstrated is that it only takes a will to comply with the law to actually not violate it. Consequently, non-compliance with these legal norms should not be a point of discussion, they need no examples of how to comply with the law, and those institutions which have failed America and their students so badly over the past years by harboring, advocating, and supporting terror and antisemitism should be shown the scorn of both federal subsidies and student attendance. The only credibility of these pro-terror institutions is to be found in their history of successfully having guided the leaders of tomorrow. Their gross failure in these past years to credibly recognize the abject evil which they promoted demonstrates that this credibility has been irreparably undone. Shutter them all and prosecute those who are responsible and those who complied with such promotions of terror.

Not all universities have been as lackadaisical or uncaring as Columbia and Harvard in fighting antisemitism on their campuses. Northwestern University President Michael Schill appeared before the House Committee on Education and the Workforce for a hearing on antisemitism almost a year ago. This was the same committee that heard the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and the University of Pennsylvania. Now, the university released a report in late March describing a decrease in antisemitic incidents.

Liberal groups can’t be counted on to defend Jews.
After Oct 7, the ADL’s Jonathan Greenblatt course corrected away from his previous appeasement of the anti-Israel Left. And while there were still plenty of things wrong with the liberal group, Greenblatt told the DEI people brought into the ADL that if they were anti-Israel, they could leave.
Peloni: The international use of terrorist propaganda to leverage against the attacked nation of Israel was never performed in good faith, not by any person, organization or state which employed such obviously manipulated rhetoric to advantage the butchers of October 7 and to discredit the more than balanced response to that slaughter.

News broke over the last couple of days that one of Chief Justice John Roberts’s good buddies is Norm Eisen, one of the chief instigators of the plot to destroy Donald Trump through Deep State manipulation and lawfare. Under a long-standing federal rule of judicial conduct banning even the “appearance of impropriety,” Justice Roberts’s close relationship with Eisen means he should step down.

King Solomon said, “There is nothing new under the sun” (Ecclesiastes 1:9).
The sun rises, and the sun goes down… all streams run to the sea… what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun.
Peloni: As is true with most of what Trump has done since winning the election last November, China seems to be the underlying focus of much of Trumps policy efforts. While this video predates Trump’s Independence Day tariffs leveraged against most of the world, it speaks to Trumps motivation to reshuffle the world along a US vs China geopolitical reality, creating a members only arrangement with allies who are willing to comply with Trump’s demands. I am, however, not convinced that Canada will be among these as explained in the video below. Better informed opinions on the Canadian perspective would be most welcome.
