Peloni: The claim that Iran is not seeking nuclear weapons is the result of a pro-Iranian bias which is and continues to characterize Tulsi Gabbard’s perspective.  I and many others warned about this fact before Gabbard was placed into the sensitive position she holds today, and this warning was first validated by her choice of the pro-Iran Daniel Davis to fill one of the most sensitive positions on her staff, and it has now been re-validated by Gabbard’s absurd statement before Congress, which ignores the capability of Iran having the means of being within a week’s effort of having a number of nuclear devices.  The deep disconnect which exists between this fact and Gabbard’s position is, in fact, not one of naivete, but one of supporting the nearly achieved outcome of Iran’s nuclear ambitions.  The pro-Iran element in Washington simply received an upgrade with Gabbard’s nomination.  Recalling that Personnel is Policy, we should concentrate on the reality that the sooner Gabbard’s position is vacated, the safer the US and the world will become.

Tulsi Gabbard is wrong and she should challenge the IC’s assessment – it is politicized and it’s based on Iran using our Signals Intercept capabilities as a public relations platform.

Pondering the Big Platforming of Darryl Cooper

One of the more interesting things Darryl Cooper revealed while ensconced on the massive Joe Rogan platform last week concerned his appearance on the even more massive Tucker Carlson platform last summer. It was the night before the Carlson interview, Cooper recalled, and he and Carlson were having dinner, talking about the upcoming show. Carlson informed Cooper that he was going to introduce him as America’s greatest living historian. Cooper says that he demurred, having explained to Carlson that he was no historian, did no original research, published nothing; rather, that he was someone who recorded stories about what he had read.

Carlson was having none of that. He was dead set on tagging Cooper with this nonsensically extravagant accolade and told him just to roll with it during the taping the next day. If you go back and watch Tucker’s opening of the Cooper show, you will notice that no blush, no gulp, and barely a muscle move across Cooper’s face as Tucker coats him with this syrupy wash of words — “the most important popular historian working in the United States today.” But even that wasn’t enough for Tucker: “I want people to know who you are, and I want you to be widely recognized as the most important historian in the United States today because —”

There’s one challenge in the Middle East that President Donald Trump can easily tackle. During his first term, his administration ordered AJ+, a U.S.-based project of the Al Jazeera Media Network, to register as a foreign agent acting on behalf of Qatar. Al Jazeera remains noncompliant. As the Qatari network faces heat for aiding and abetting Hamas terrorism—including a lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court—the Trump administration should enforce its original order.

Peloni:  Recall that in a recent interview, Witkof confessed to having never actually spoken to Hamas, and that he negotiated thru the Qatari’s, even remarking that this made it essential to be able to trust the Qatari’s to mediate with Hamas.  It would of course never occur to the Qatari-enamored Witkof that any deception which took place in his negotiations emanated from the inappropriate trust which he claimed to have for the Hamas allied Qataris who finance, support, and protect Hamas.   Such duplicity is beyond contempt, and beyond believability.

Peloni:  The American Judiciary is meant to uphold the laws of the land in the US, and the Legislature is meant to hold the individual justices accountable for their fidelity to the law.  The failure of both of these branches of govt to maintain fidelity with these obligations is now taking the form of blocking the very real need for reform being exercised by the Executive, and as Sen. Shumer recently confessed, the appointed judges involved in this effort were specifically appointed for this very reason, demonstrating the fact that the failure of equitable rulings of constitutionality in America is entirely by design.  The solution to all of this is thru the ballot box, to elect a more responsible legislature which will hold the Judiciary to account rather than adding to its politicization and judicial failures.  Yet, the electoral process in the US, which led to the 2020 election debacle, complete with the support of the failure of Robert’s court, has yet to be reformed.  And notably, any reform which might be proposed to enforce the concept of Consent of the Governed will itself be faced with the mail-storm of “Progressive justice” now blocking ongoing reforms in the US.  So the US stands at a point in which systemic corruption is actively being maintained by the corrupt activists, which will act as intended to block any redress which reduces their hold on power in the US…very similar to the Judicial standoff now ongoing in Israel…and thru it all, Chief Justice Roberts continues to fail in his duty to uphold the Constitution as he remains silent on the confessed weaponizing of the court system in the US.
