ITEM: In New York City, on the anniversary of Kristallnacht, angry pro-Palestinian crowds surround a Jewish man and bloody his head with a chair.

ITEM: In Philadelphia, hundreds mob a Jewish-owned restaurant, chanting, “Goldie, Goldie, you can’t hide; we charge you with genocide.” The restaurant is named Goldie.

ITEM: In Berkeley, California, the only Jewish teacher at an elementary school returns to find her door covered in Post-it notes that say, “Stop bombing babies!”

Though Iran describes its drone and missile attack on Israel as “retaliation,” it is actually an act of aggression. If Iran were an already-nuclear enemy state, Israel’s capacity for lawful self-defense would be glaringly limited. But as Iran is still pre-nuclear, the Iranian aggression could prove net-gainful for Israel. In essence, this Iranian crime offers Israel an eleventh hour opportunity to prevent enemy nuclearization. In formal legal terms, such opportunity falls under the heading of “anticipatory self-defense.”

E. Rowell:  The most consequential unknown variable in the race is how elections in the swing states will be handled.  If the swing states engage in and succeed in fraud, this election will be a repeat of 2020.  We know now there are an infinite number of ways that cheating occurred in 2020.  The Biden administration already has in place an army of federal employees involved in ballot harvesting, signing up illegal citizens to vote, signing up felons to vote, etc.

What really matters at this point is the political machine’s power to overwhelm the voice of the citizens.  Only this time the American people are not going to accept a second steal.

Even if Israel avoids all-out war with Iran after Saturday’s attack by Tehran, fears are growing among Palestinians that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will take advantage of the situation to invade the Gazan border city of Rafah.

The U.S. has been pressing Netanyahu to hold back in Rafah — sensing a potential humanitarian catastrophe in the city bordering Egypt where as many as 1.5 million people are sheltering — but the overnight assault is likely to harden the Israeli prime minister’s stance on crushing Iran-backed Hamas.

At the same time, US owned and operated ground-to-air defense capabilities were used last night.

Ben Cotton, an IT expert proficient in forensics and digital systems analysis, issued a declaration last month about flaws with Maricopa County’s voting machine tabulators. It was included in Kari Lake’s and Mark Finchem’s latest pleadings in their complaint challenging the use of voting machine tabulators in elections. One of those findings was that unauthorized executable programs were installed on the machines at least three times during the 2020 election, which could be used to alter election results without detection.

Birx graduated from Houghton College and earned her medical degree at the Penn State. From 1980 to 1994 she served the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of colonel, and served a stint at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Birx’s bio showed no advanced degrees in molecular biology or biochemistry but she worked with Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
