Peloni: Maddy-Weitzman reveals a very detailed telling of the unfolding tragedy of October 7 in just one of the communities targeted that day. It offers an important understanding of the many layers of tragedy which took place that day as the residents, defenders made their provided a credible defense against the oncoming slaughter that day.
The defenders of Kibbutz Alumim fought off Palestinian terror squads on Oct. 7 and saved their homes and families

The evening of Oct. 6 was especially festive at Kibbutz Alumim, one of the two religiously observant kibbutzim among the communities that dot the Gaza envelope, the part of Israel’s fertile northwestern Negev region adjacent to the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip. Most of Alumim’s 500 residents and their guests had gathered at the kibbutz’s synagogue to celebrate with song and dance the start of the Simchat Torah holiday, one of the two most joyous days on the Jewish calendar. Many of them didn’t finally retire until after midnight.

Taiwan Defense Minister Chiu Kuo-cheng seemingly confirmed that the US has deployed Special Forces to the islands surrounding China.REUTERS
Taiwan seemingly confirmed that the US has boots on the ground on islands off the coast of China, in what could escalate tensions in the region.
The admission came when Defense Minister Chiu Kuo-cheng was asked about a report saying US Special Forces have been training the Taiwanese military on outlying islands — including one just three miles from China, according to the Wall Street Journal.
“This exchange is for mutual observation, to identify problems we have, figure out how to improve, and to recognize their strengths so we can learn from them,” he said, according to the report.

The current Israeli government made the same mistake after Oct 7 that so many previous ones had by assuming that it would retain the support of the White House if it followed its parameters. Instead of a comprehensive siege and rapid forceful assaults, Israel waited. When there were complaints about casualties, it slowed down, sent warnings and put its own soldiers at risk. And lives were lost.
E. Rowell: Legal researcher Katherine Watt has outlined in detail that there are Mutual Recognition Agreements between the US FDA and multiple countries around the world which has facilitated the manufacturing and distribution of poisons in the form of biologicals, i.e. biologically active drugs. We are now finding out that what many people experienced as “Covid 19” was a response to a poison. There was no virus that caused the pandemic. It is impossible to create viruses in a lab. In addition, viruses have never been shown to exist, despite many attempts, thus vaccines are essentially poisons, protective against nothing. For further information on this, an article will be forthcoming.

E. Rowell: This is a delightful discussion you won’t want to miss. But the idea that Halevi has just chosen over 50 new officers for high level posts is an outrage. It is almost incomprehensible that this was not prevented. The top generals in the IDF all should all resign and await their trials. The fighting forces deserve much, much better leaders.

The ever more explicit attempts by the Democrats to remove Netanyahu from office repeatedly fail. There’s a reason for that. Israelis don’t like to feel that their bigger stronger ally is trying to dictate to them who will govern their country. They are even less hospitable to the idea that the U.S. will try to force them into the two-state-solution track. But Mike thinks the ongoing effort to oust Netanyahu may actually succeed.
E. Rowell: In the United States we can draw a direct line between all the Jewish liberals who supported and still support Obama and Biden, to the normalization of Jew hatred in the USA. This is the result of the fact that Jews did not push back against Obama and the democrat party (and still don’t). When Jews abandon their people, heritage, and homeland, let alone their religion, nothing good can come from it. But this is not just due to Jews in the USA, nor is it strictly due to Obama and Biden. There are many years of planning by globalists that have gone into this, and their globalist handmaidens also live in Israel right up to the top brass of the IDF.

According to Canada’s La Presse, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a vampire, and he is poised to suck the life out of the Palestinians in Rafah, Hamas’s final outpost in southern Gaza. The publication that was once a paper of record in Canada ran a political cartoon on March 20 portraying Netanyahu as a vampire, with a huge hooked nose, pointy ears and claws for fingers, dressed in Dracula’s overcoat while standing on the deck of a pirate ship.
Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer of Israel said Thursday that Israel will enter the town of Rafah, in Gaza, to destroy the last Hamas battalions, even if the United States, under President Joe Biden, opposed it doing so.

Dermer made his remarks on former George W. Bush administration official and Start-up Nation author Dan Senor’s podcast.
The Times of Israel notes:
Israel will take control of Rafah even if it causes a rift with the United States, a senior Israeli official said on Thursday, describing the Gazan city packed with evacuees as a final Hamas bastion harboring a quarter of the terror group’s fighters.

Before we start, a reminder: when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last spoke before a joint session of Congress, in March 2015, it was followed by Trump’s presidential victory in November 2016. So, omens matter.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La) on Thursday told CNBC he will invite Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress, for the second time in nine years.
Johnson said on CNBC’s Squawk Box, “I would love to have him come in and address a joint session of Congress. We’ll certainly extend that invitation. We’re just trying to work out schedules on all this.”

The Biden regime is in a tough spot. Its far-left base is enraged over its ongoing ostensible support for Israel. Instead of acting with integrity despite the electoral cost and standing by a loyal ally in its time of need, the regime is making a series of moves to betray Israel and give aid and comfort to its enemies.
Now it’s mulling over a step that would constitute the biggest betrayal of all and would hand victory to the Hamas jihad terror group. For the unprincipled Biden regime apparatchiks, it’s all about winning in November.
Peloni: Very important observations by Dyer: “The Biden administration is pushing for too many concrete measures to be merely trying to affect the U.S. vote. Planning to put in a pier in Gaza, with Qatar’s participation, isn’t just an expensive gesture to impress a few thousand voters in Michigan. It’s a real, concrete measure to open a physical pipeline into Gaza that effectively ends Israel’s 15-year maritime blockade of Gaza and establishes a political presence going forward there for the U.S. and Qatar.”
Bad faith.

This will be one ping, one ping only, and a short one on the subject.
There’s a distracted and incorrect belief that President Biden and Senator Chuck Schumer are truckling to the immigrant anti-Israel vote in Michigan (and to some extent, potentially, in other states, where similar concentrations of immigrants amplify the impact of a voting bloc).

The IDF’s Spokesperson’s Unit announced that this week, troops under the command of the 162nd Division led the special operation at the Shifa Hospital. The division is operating in northern and central Gaza, significantly reducing Hamas’ terrorist capabilities.
Peloni: Ukrainians have finally provided a response to the Nazi who was celebrated last year by Zelensky and the Canadian parlaiment, and the response should be very troubling to those who still foolishly cling to the notion that Ukraine does not actually have a Nazi problem. Indeed, how fitting is it that a Ukrainian SS Nazi received a Ukrainian award named after the notorious WWII Nazi collaborator Yaroslav Stesko. Yes, Ukraine does have a Nazi problem, and they are in no way seeking a way to deal with it. It will be interesting to see how many news groups in the West call on Zelensky to respond to this outrage and even more interesting to hear the deafening silence with which Zelensky will provide when he does not comment on the award made to the very real Nazi for whom he himself raised a cheer.

Ternopil Regional Council awarded the serviceman of the SS division “Galichina” Yaroslav Gunku with the honorary insignia “For Merits to Ternopil” named after Yaroslav Stetsko.

E. Rowell: This case has not been decided yet, but the tenor and tone of the Justices’ questioning led to the demoralizing concern that the Supreme Court of the United States of America is about to cave in and allow the demolition of the First Amendment. Freedom of speech is the sine qua non of a free people, the bedrock on which all our liberties are based. If it goes, so also goes the Republic, down the rat hole of fascism.
If oral arguments were any indication, it appears the government may prevail and eviscerate our First Amendment in the process.
By Ben Weingarten, THE FEDERALIST 21 March 2023

On Monday, the censorship-industrial complex was put on trial when the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the landmark free speech case Murthy v. Missouri.
Evidence in the case revealed that in the run-up to the 2020 election, and increasingly thereafter, a raft of federal agencies both directly and via cutouts cajoled, coerced, and colluded with social media companies to censor wrongthinking Americans at a magnitude of millions of posts on matters ranging from the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story to the integrity of mass mail-in balloting and the efficacy of Covid vaccines.

The Gods of Political Correctness dictate that all religions are of equal worth; that there are “…three great Abrahamic religions,” and “The Arabs are Semites too, so they can’t be anti-Semites.” All three of these sacred cow clichés need to be slaughtered on the altar of truth.
Had Mr. Schumer told the truth, he would have said this: Israel’s being a pariah among the world’s nations tells us much more about the world’s nations than about Israel.
By Dennis Prager, AMERICAN GREATNESS 21 March 2024
Last week, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) twice described Israel as a “pariah” among the world’s nations:
“Israel cannot survive if it becomes a pariah. … [The Israeli public] understands better than anybody that Israel cannot hope to succeed as a pariah opposed by the rest of the world.”
It was for that reason that the majority leader said that Israel should choose a leader other than Benjamin Netanyahu, its current prime minister. Then, Schumer implied, Israel will presumably no longer be a pariah.
