How Unethical Were the Prosecutors Trying to Put Kyle Rittenhouse in Prison? Let Us Count the Ways…

There is so much misinformation about what happened the night Kyle Rittenhouse fired his weapon at four — yes, four — attackers that it’s hard to know where to begin. But let’s start with the prosecutors who promulgated and, indeed, created some of the slanders against the then-17-year-old. In the end, prosecutors Thomas Binger and Jim Kraus could not back up their lies with evidence in a courtroom and a jury saw right through them, thank God.To put it succinctly, Thomas Binger and Jim Kraus left a skid mark on the robes of justice. They put a Kraus-sized turd on Lady Justice’s scale. And they almost put an 18-year-old in prison because he fought for his life and took out three of their “heroes,” as Binger called them.

Saudis, UAE suddenly abandon Red Sea coast to Iranian-Houthi control – a shocker for US and allies

DEBKA

Washington was bowled over on Nov. 17 upon learning that Saudi and UAE forces had pulled back from Yemen’s Red Sea coast, handing control to Iran’s surrogates just a week after their the Gulf nations’ first joint Red Sea naval drill with the US, Israel and Bahrain. The DEBKAfile account of the unprecedented war game, launched on the 11th, disclosed that it was commanded from Egypt’s Berenice military base, which President Abdel-Fatteh Sisi had inaugurated on the Red Sea’s western coast only last year. The exercise was designed to highlight the resolve of the US-led coalition to prevent Iran from seizing control of this primary shipping and oil route to and from the Suez Canal and the Mediterranean.

Artic Sea Ice currently second-highest in 15 years and growing

ELECTROVERSE    (Documenting earth changesduring the next GSM and Pole Shift)

Arctic sea ice data is in plain view of the world’s media, yet outlets would still rather quote activist-scientists than show an unambiguous chart. Articles of “catastrophic ice melt” still pepper the global news feeds, even as signs point to a cyclical shift in the northern polar region.

The FDA says it needs 55 years to release all of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine data

By Andrea Widburg, AT

Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), as its name suggests, is a medical transparency group that filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the FDA for documents tied to its approval of Pfizer’s BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The FDA went to court and informed the judge that it was totally willing to comply with the request—except that it will take almost 55 years to do so.

The Epoch Times reports that the FDA claims to possess 329,000 pages of documents responsive to PHMPT’s request. Further, the FDA posits that reviewing the documents and redacting exempt material will allow it to produce, at most, around 500 pages per month. At that rate, it will take 658 months—or 54 and 3/4 years to complete the requested production.

New Motion In J6 Case: Detainees Subjected to Medical Apartheid

By Wendi Strauch Mahoney, UNCOVERDC

AFP Photo/Hindustan Times

A new 47-page motion filed on Tuesday by Jan. 6 detainees segregated in a dedicated wing called the D.C. Central Treatment Facility (CTF) alleges J6 are being cruelly penalized because of their vaccination status. Being treated differently because of vaccine status, says the complaint, amounts to “medical apartheid.” This motion discusses the many conflicting lines drawn in the sand during the “pandemic.” It serves as a microcosm of the confusing, lived experience of so many in this country over the last two years.

When Will Israel Regain her Honor?

By Victor Rosenthal

In 1981, Menachem Begin presented what he thought were the most important lessons to be learned from the Holocaust. Many people remember the first lesson, “if an enemy of our people says he seeks to destroy us, believe him,” and Israel’s leaders seem to have taken this to heart, with respect to Iran at least. But what about Begin’s fourth lesson?

Jewish dignity and honor must be protected in all circumstances. The seeds of Jewish destruction lie in passively enabling the enemy to humiliate us. Only when the enemy succeeds in turning the spirit of the Jew into dust and ashes in life, can he turn the Jew into dust and ashes in death. During the Holocaust it was after the enemy had humiliated the Jews, trampled them underfoot, divided them, deceived them, afflicted them, drove brother against brother, only then could he lead them, almost without resistance, to the gates of Auschwitz. Therefore, at all times and whatever the cost, safeguard the dignity and honor of the Jewish people.

Shaked: Bringing more countries into Abraham Accords will require US incentives

Interior minister insists no Israeli gestures to Palestinians necessary to broaden normalization deals, says Israel’s policy on settlements is to agree to disagree with Washington

WASHINGTON — Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked said Wednesday that to expand Israel’s normalization agreements with Arab countries that began last year, the United States will have to offer its own incentives to candidate countries.

And while Jerusalem had to forgo plans to annex large parts of the West Bank to set the accords in motion, no further Israeli gestures to the Palestinians will be necessary in order to build on the existing normalization agreements, the senior minister argued.

INTO THE FRAY: The blight Bennett brought

By Martin Sherman

It will take a long time—probably decades—to repair the damage, which the mendacious machinations used to ensconce the current coalition, have wrought, not only on the fabric of Israel’s body-politic, but on the very essence of the Zionist endeavor itself…if such repair is at all feasible. Ever!

Whoever commits a fraud is guilty not only of the injury to him who he deceives, but of the diminution of that confidence which constitutes…the existence of society—Samuel Johnson, renowned English poet, playwright, essayist, (1709-1784).

Bennett knows that if he goes to a military conflict, the coalition will fall apart because Meretz and Ra’am won’t agree to it. The presence of Meretz and Ra’am limits the sharpness of any military decision…The moment the government makes a decision about something military, there will be a danger to the coalition—Meretz MK Ghaida Rinawie-Zoabi, cited in The Jerusalem Post, August 8, 2021.

Ignoring House anti-Semitism

The House simply has no time to confront or even mention the Squad’s ongoing antisemitism when they have to deal with Paul Gosar. Op-ed.

House of Representatives

House of Representatives

We cannot argue with Nancy Pelosi: “When a member uses his or her national platform to encourage violence, tragically, people listen.”

Whenever her Democratic colleagues in the U.S. House of Representatives bash Israel and by association American Jews, they are inciting violence throughout the United States, as it trembles under the crush of anti-Semitism.

The Speaker of the House was addressing the sins of Rep. Paul Gosar.

A Death-to-Israel Terror Bromance

Sunni Hamas and Shi’a Iran join forces to encircle the Jewish state.

By Hugh Fitzgerald, JIHAD WATCH

Sunnis and Shi’a have been going at it, intermittently – sometimes less and sometimes more, depending on the place and the time — for at least 1,300 years. The last few decades have been a period of “more,” with a distinct upsurge in Sunni-Shia conflicts, partly a result of a resurgent and aggressive Shi’ite theocracy in Iran, and partly because the rise in fanaticism among Sunni Muslims has led to more attacks, not just on Infidels, but on Shi’a – whom Sunni takfiris declare not to be true Muslims — as well.

By  November 17, 2021

D.C. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth today sentenced Jacob Chansley, the so-called “QAnon shaman,” to serve 41 months in prison for his role in the January 6 protest at the Capitol building.

Chansley, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, a felony applied to at least 220 Capitol protester cases. The anti-US ripple effect

Ignoring the Iranian ripple effects aimed at the US is bound to undermine American homeland and national security.. Op-ed.

“The assumption that accommodating the Ayatollahs could entice them to waive their fanatic vision and to embrace peaceful-coexistence sacrifices reality on the altar of wishful-thinking.”

The ripple effect theory

An underlying assumption behind any US agreement with Iran’s Ayatollahs is that the Ayatollahs would utilize the resulting financial and diplomatic bonanza for butter rather than guns.

Moreover, it is assumed that Iran’s Ayatollahs are amenable to good-faith negotiation and peaceful-coexistence.
