Sidney Powell’s Legal Defense Dominates Dominion

T. Belman.  On April 8/21, Wendi Strauch Mahoney, wrote Why Context Matters: Sidney Powell’s Motion

“Lately, Sidney Powell has been widely misunderstood because the media, and some in the political arena, have cleverly edited language. This article will be limited in scope, and is a companion piece to the brilliantly written UncoverDC article below. His article is fulsome and explains the details of her Motion to Dismiss the Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit against her far better than I can.

By Mackenzie Bettle, UncoverDC      -March 31, 2021

The supreme “Art of War” is to subdue your enemy without fighting; it means having the ability to set an inescapable trap – enabling the ability to annihilate the enemy. In fictional novels, the process can be analogized to a successfully foreshadowed climax. Some only see the strategy set up in hindsight.

Democrat-run House Foreign Affairs Committee erases Jews from Yom HaShoah

T. Belman. For many decades the left, including American Jews, have universalized the Holocaust to the effect that its not a stand alone Jewish tragedy that we should remember, but all holocausts. Even Holocaust Museums are dedicated to all holocausts.

Statement also spells Holocaust with a lowercase H and fails to mention anti-Semitism while referencing “prejudice and injustice.”

By Dan Verbin, INN

Holocaust survivor

The Democratic Party controlled House Foreign Affairs Committee released a Yom HaShoah statement that omitted reference to the six million Jews killed in the Holocaust and spelled Holocaust with a lowercase H.

The statement also mentioned prejudice but failed to specifically mention antisemitism or Jew hate.

Smotrich’s proposal: Yariv Levin replaces Netanyahu as prime minister

T. Belman. I fully support his proposal. Bibi must step down and run for President.

Religious Zionism chairman says Netanyahu stepping down as PM to be president preferable to forming government with ‘terror supporters.’

By Arutz Sheva Staff , Apr 08 , 2021 6:28 PM

Bezalel Smotrich

MK Bezalel Smotrich, chairman of the ‘Religious Zionism’ party, proposed a solution to the political stalemate which could cause Israel to initiate a fifth election: Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu stepping down to run for president and Likud Minister Yariv Levin being appointed prime minister in his place.

Jewish groups issue sharp rebukes after Bezalel Smotrich says that Arabs who do not recognize Jewish rule over Israel ‘will not remain here’

By Ben Samuels, HAARETZ

Bezalel Smotrich in Jerusalem last week.

WASHINGTON – Several unabashedly pro-Israel U.S. Jewish organizations decried far-right lawmaker Bezalel Smotrich’s remarks stating that he would ensure Arabs who do not recognize the Jewish people’s legitimate rule over the Land of Israel “will not remain here.”

After restoring aid to Palestinians, Biden endorses two-state solution ansd restores aid to UNRWA

T. Belman. Very regressive. I have long believed that there is no diplomatic solution because no agreement satisfactory to both was possible. Biden/Obama solution supports endless conflict.

Trump was on the right track by undermining the Palestinian national cause by withdrawing aid from them including UNRWA.  He also removed Jerusalem and UNRWA as final status issues. Biden must be ignored.

US President Joe Biden on Wednesday promised to press for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as he restored aid to the Palestinians.

In a call with Jordan’s King Abdullah II, a longstanding US ally who recently faced down dissent within the royal family, Biden “affirmed that the United States supports a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” a White House statement said.

Why America’s Elites Want to End the Middle Class

Feudalism is a viable alternative to tolerating a middle class, especially lucrative to the multinational corporations and globalist billionaires that hide this agenda behind a moral masquerade.

By

A recent column by Victor Davis Hanson titled “Radical New Rules for Post-America” lists “10 new ideas that are changing America, maybe permanently.” Hanson offers a thorough description of what’s wrong: Fiscal and monetary negligence, selective enforcement or nonenforcement of laws, anti-white racism, rights and privileges for immigrants over citizens, an infantilized culture, hypocrisy, urban chaos, censorship and cancel culture, politicized “science,” and “woke” as the new religion, with Big Tech as the clergy.

The Threats American Jewry Refuses to Face

Appeasing ‘progressive’ Jew-haters.

By Caroline Glick, FPM

After being forced by Covid-19 restrictions to celebrate Passover alone last year, like their Israeli brethren, American Jews were by and large able to celebrate the Passover seder with their friends and families this year. And as in Israel, American Jewish families reveled in their deliverance from loneliness on the Jewish festival of deliverance.

But even the joy of Passover couldn’t dispel the twin storm clouds rising around the largest Jewish diaspora.

Trump Thinks Georgia Bill Does Not 'Go Far Enough' To Ensure Fraud Proof Elections

Former President Donald Trump on April 5 slammed the governor and lieutenant governor of Georgia for supposedly pushing the state’s legislature to flush a series of election reforms passed late last month.

“Too bad the desperately needed election reforms in Georgia didn’t go further, as their originally approved Bill did, but the Governor and Lt. Governor would not go for it,” Trump said in a statement released through his Save America political action committee.

The US, Iran and Russia reacted positively Tuesday to the opening exchanges in a first day of talks in Vienna aimed at rescuing an international agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program.

All sides reported progress on reviving the deal following the Tuesday meeting, which saw the Biden administration and Iran hold indirect talks on the agreement for the first time.

Israel’s Arab-Muslim Party the Government Kingmaker? With Dr. Kedar expert on Middle East & Islam

T. Belman. I hope no one on the right really means to effect this coalition. I am hoping that, talk of including them in the coalition, is solely to incentivize Sa’ar to join the coalition.

Kedar to his credit, says no Arab Party should be part of a right coalition unless it must accepts Israel as a “Jewish and Democratic” state.

GA SoS Raffensperger: Only Ballot Images Should Be Audited

T. Belman.  Raffensperger is wrong. FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING.

By Michelle Edward, UNcoverDC

Last November’s election in Georgia was plagued with numerous concerns over election integrity, many of which are still being examined. With Gov. Kemp’s recent signing of the ‘Election Integrity Act of 2021,’ it seems logical to assume the state is implementing procedures to address and correct election fraud when and where it occurred. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case in Fulton County, GA, where, on Apr. 2, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger sent a request to the courts in an ongoing civil action, petitioning that ballot images taken from the voting machines be the only source of evidence used in an upcoming audit in the county.

Palestinian Authority ‘celebrated’ Passover with a blitz of illegal construction

REGAVIM

The Civil Administration knows precisely how the Israeli holidays and Jewish festivals will be celebrated in the Arab sector: large-scale illegal construction, including sites already under court-issued work-stop orders. Regavim: “This pattern repeats itself over each holiday, and the Israeli authorities continue to do nothing to prevent it.”

The tip of the iceberg: Illegal construction near Duma, during holiday recess

US lawmakers reintroduce bill to address hate, violence in Palestinian schools

The Peace and Tolerance in Palestinian Education Act (H.R. 2374) calls on the U.S. State Department to take a number of steps to monitor the Palestinian Authority curriculum.

By JNS

A bipartisan group of U.S. lawmakers has reintroduced a bill to require the U.S. State Department to address hate and violence in the Palestinian school curriculum.

The measure—the Peace and Tolerance in Palestinian Education Act (H.R. 2374)—was introduced by Reps. Brad Sherman (D-Calif.), Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.), Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.), David Trone (D-Md.) and Brian Mast (R-Fla.). It calls on the State Department to take a number of steps to monitor the Palestinian Authority educational curriculum, such as:

Has Biden already betrayed the trust of pro-Israel Democrats?

By Jonathan Tobin, JNS

A shift towards the Palestinians and anti-Israel international organizations, coupled with an ominous silence about a drift to Iran appeasement, are all recreating Obama’s “daylight” strategy.

It’s only been 11 weeks since Joe Biden was sworn in as president of the United States. With the president preoccupied with domestic politics and waging rhetorical warfare on his Republican opponents, it’s clear that foreign policy is a low priority for the new administration. And with Biden diving headfirst into partisan scrums—accusing Republicans of being racists with brazenly false accusations about a Georgia voting law and promoting an infrastructure bill that is more of a liberal project wish list than it is about rebuilding bridges and highways—there seems to be little space or oxygen left for a debate about his intentions abroad.

American corporate-funded Chinese Communism

By Cliff Kincaid, RENEW AMERICA

It seems strange to some that Major League Baseball (MLB) pulled its All-Star game out of Atlanta, to punish Georgia for its new voter ID law, but signed a deal with a Chinese company for rights to broadcast MLB games. It’s an indication that MLB recognizes China is in charge internationally, and that the Republicans’ days as a national political force in the United States are numbered. The MLB wants to help hammer the final nail into the coffin of the Republican Party. That means crushing free, honest, and fair elections, to make sure another Trump-like figure can never win a national election.

Former President Donald Trump thunders, “It is finally time for Republicans and Conservatives to fight back – we have more people than they do – by far! Boycott Major League Baseball, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, ViacomCBS, Citigroup, Cisco, UPS, and Merck. Don’t go back to their products until they relent. We can play the game better than them.”
