Peloni: Below is the outline of a plan discussed two months ago which it is claims to describe what has been agreed upon by the relevant parties, and upon which the Trump 20 point plan is based. Yossi Baum is an Israeli researcher and online journalist who has broken many important stories over the years, including many reports connected to Netanyahu’s trials, the disastrous Lapid-Bennett gas swindle back in 2022, among many others important breaking stories. More relevantly, Yossi offered notice of Trump’s support for his Gaza migration plan months in advance of it being made known to the public. Since writing the story below, Yossi has stated that this plan is not only already agreed upon by the relevant parties, but it has also been signed.
On a related topic, Yossi has indicated that there will be no Turks or Qatari’s in the ISF force, and instead they will gain a cut of the proceeds which come from the rollout of the plan. Additionally, as described below, he explains that Hamas will not be permitted to remain in power and that it was always understood that Israel alone could remove them.
Notably, Netanyahu has indicated that there are many more important benefits to come following the inking of the gas deal. So, are the benefits he was indicating those described in the report below?

The brilliant plan – where will the Gazans be transferred?

Why is cleansing the Strip of Hamas necessary in the eyes of the Arab states?
-
The ingenious plan – where will the Gazans be relocated?
-
Why is cleansing the Strip of Hamas essential in the eyes of Arab states?
-
Facts on the ground: Israel is in the process of gaining control over about 15% of international goods traffic!!
-
The U.S. is establishing another base in the Middle East, on the scale of the base in Qatar. Where?

Why did al-Sisi convene the summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, and will Egypt and Turkey get what they want?
Indonesia:
This is the key word right now. This is where the vast majority of Gazans are going to be relocated. I had already published in the past about the transfer of thousands of Gazans to Indonesia, back when Biden was still in office. Trade agreements signed between the U.S. and Indonesia advanced the move, and it was recently finalized when, as part of the agreement, Indonesia would become part of the consortium that will control the “Ben-Gurion Canal” (see below).
This is why the president of Indonesia was supposed to visit Israel, and this is why the visit was leaked – left-wing elements are trying to sabotage the agreement. Spoiler: it won’t help. The agreement is already past the point of no return.
The unique attractiveness of the agreement with Indonesia is not due to its large Muslim population anyway (over 280 million), but mainly because it holds thousands of islands, where concentrated settlement of former Gazans will be possible in a way that will not cause their mentality to clash with Indonesia’s veteran population.
Another scoop: infrastructure works have already been taking place in Indonesia for several months, in preparation for the mass absorption of Gazans. In other words, this is not preliminary planning, but a plan already being implemented.
What do the Indonesians get in return? An excellent question. First, acceptance into the OECD, which is conditional on Israel’s consent. Also bonds issued by the World Bank to finance capital-intensive infrastructure projects – controlled by the U.S. And Israeli high-tech. But all of this is small money. At this level, other countries will also receive benefits, as detailed below.
So where is the big money? Here it is:
The Ben-Gurion Canal
A few words about the grandiose project most of us have never heard of: digging a canal through the heart of Israel, from the Gulf of Eilat to the Mediterranean Sea, for the passage of ships and tankers, parallel to and effectively replacing the Suez Canal. Before presenting the new details that overshadow what was previously discussed on the subject, a few words on the canal’s significance:
The Suez Canal, through which up to about 15% of all global shipping traffic passes, carrying goods worth trillions of dollars, was built around 1870. It is an outdated canal in several technical respects, with no clear way to “modernize” it.
In 2021, a ship got stuck in the canal and caused a six-day maritime “traffic jam,” with losses due to delays of ships waiting at the canal entrances estimated at nearly $10,000,000,000 per day (!). Since then, it has become clear that large ships – the growing trend in maritime transport – are not suitable for the canal (more details in the next chapter, in response to the post).
The expected annual revenue, in an initial estimate, is about $7,000,000,000 per year (!), with an option of up to $15 billion per year (!!). The cost of constructing the canal, in two stages, reaches the imaginary sum of $210,000,000,000. In addition, there is another plan, which I will detail in the next chapter, God willing, so that all the projects together amount to one trillion shekels.
Yes, about 1,000,000,000,000 shekels!!
As part of the plan, mega-projects will be established around the canal in tourism, water desalination, energy, housing, a seaport, and the Elon Musk Park – a new innovation center for high-tech, electric vehicles, and advanced technology.
It should be emphasized: this is not merely a preliminary plan. $70,000,000 has already been transferred for preparing plans, cost assessments, and, most importantly, significant actions have been taken by the investors that cannot yet be written about – but their meaning is this: the mega-project has passed the point of no return.
Another important point – listen carefully: the plan is a reincarnation of previous “Canal of the Seas” plans promoted by Peres through various routes that benefited Jordan, but were taken off the table because they were not sufficiently effective economically and security-wise.
The updated plan before the war (attached) proposed that the canal connect to the Mediterranean near Ashkelon. This would significantly lengthen the canal compared to Suez; require the use of highly sought-after Israeli land (including expropriation that would have stalled the project in the High Court); and place all canal traffic under the threat of Hamas hostility.
However, after the Gaza Strip became a place unfit for habitation, it is possible to shift the route southward – toward destroyed Rafah, and onward through the Negev. This shortens the canal by dozens of kilometers, making it shorter than Suez, does not require the use of Israeli land, and above all – is free of Hamas. This is the plan currently on the table. And this may be the plan’s supreme point. Its implementation is conditional on cleansing Gaza of Hamas, so that it cannot threaten such grandiose investments.
This is why the U.S., as well as Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, demand the complete and immediate dismantling of Hamas, and the exclusion of Qatar from the multinational force.
This is why Trump keeps repeating that Hamas will be dismantled and that the expansion of the Abraham Accords is just around the corner.
This is why Vice President Kushner and Witkoff have declared it again and again.
This is why Rubio states that there will be no reconstruction in Gaza before Hamas is dismantled, and that only countries “acceptable to Israel” will participate in the multinational force.
The dismantling of Hamas, therefore, is a done deal. No one will place such enormous capital on a deer’s antlers.
But wait – this is only the beginning:
The Consortium and Control
Here comes the trillion-shekel question: who is going to finance all this goodness?
Those already signed onto the investment are the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and the Emirates, who will be partners in the consortium that will manage the canal alongside Israel, of course – which will also retain full security control – and another surprising partner: Indonesia. Yes, this is the real reward for accepting the Gazans onto its territory.
The consortium is supposed to operate the canal itself and what is directly related to it. The surrounding projects are supposed to operate independently (with a liaison authority). Al-Sisi, who is about to take a severe blow at Suez, convened the summit in Sharm el-Sheikh in order to be accepted as a member of the consortium.
Spoiler: it won’t happen. For all the reasons in the world. He will also continue to reinforce the Egyptian force deployment in Sinai (perhaps in an attempt to secure a larger share in Gaza). He will, however, receive compensation in the form of stakes in the projects surrounding the canal detailed above.
Turkey and Qatar as well, who demanded to be part of the multinational force and were refused, received in return stakes in the projects surrounding the canal. Most of the disputes and frictions, ostensibly around Gaza, are mainly the noises of a Turkish bazaar merchant trying to make a little more profit. Nothing more.
It should be added: all the countries that will be partners in the canal or the projects around it are expected to receive enormous profits not only for their treasuries but also for the bank accounts of their associates, etc. This is why no one intends to give up on this move – not even the Arab states.
And one final revelation: although since the agreement the Houthis have raised their hands, no one trusts their goodwill, and therefore, in Somaliland – located opposite the Houthis – a huge American base is being established already now, on a scale approaching the base in Qatar. If you’re already investing enormous capital in a maritime route for international transport, you make sure to secure it militarily. The base being built has one clear purpose, and the Houthis understand it very well.
This entire system is part of Netanyahu’s vision for the Middle East, which includes a land corridor from India to Europe via Israel by railway, and includes energy pipelines from the Emirates and Saudi Arabia to Europe through Israel (the pipeline is already under construction), with the section from Israel to Europe including pipelines for oil, gas, internet, and electricity – connecting Israel to the European power grid.
All of this Netanyahu presented to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during their joint walk in the waters of the Mediterranean, during Modi’s visit to Israel about eight years ago, as his vision for the region – a vision parts of which have already become reality on the ground.
In the next chapter, God willing:

Yossi Baum is an Israeli researcher who has broken several important stories over the past many years. His reports include the story relating Bibi being gagged by the courts while being restrained from declaring war on October 7 for more than 12hrs due to the interference of pro-Pal NGOs and their support by Israel’s rogue Attorney Gen. He also reported on the ties between the Israeli Supreme Court and the New Israel Fund, how Bibi was likely behind Trump’s Gaza relocation plan, the ties between Israeli media and the Biden regime, and a great many other significant reports.

I’m skeptical but I guess we’ll see.
