The best thing that could happen in the long run, for America’s soul and conscience considering Qatar’s total support for Hamas and other jihadi organizations, would be for America to build another major base in the UAE, a far more moderate and non-terrorist supporting Arab ally, so that we can consider closing the Qatari military base, and not be in league with Hamas’s enablers and source of luxurious refuge from Israeli retaliation.
