How/When/Why did Muslims become ‘Palestinians’?

Israel should at least use the prefix “Pretend Palestinians” – it will create massive discussions and debates: was Jesus born in ‘Islamic’ Bethlehem by the corruption of the British Balfour Mandate? Netanyahu and Trump have already started the ball rolling.
It is a common, erroneous belief that Arafat “taught” by the Soviets invented the “Palestinians” in 1964.
Not so. It was Nasser on March 29, 1959 in a meeting of the Arab League that he headed. Nasser had already been supporting the FLN terrorist rebels in Algeria for five years who had the wits to abandon their Muslim vocabulary of war against the French infidels and became a “war of national liberation” for “freedom fighters against Western imperialism.”
In 1964, Nasser invented the PLO to combat Arafat’s Fatah, also founded in 1959, also imitating Algeria and claiming to be the real spokesman, not Nasser, for the Arabs in the UNWRA refugee camps, who were overwhelmingly migrant workers from all over Araby in Eretz Yisrael who fled the war in 1948-49 with nothing “Palestinian” about them. In 1969, Arafat in a hostile take-over, took over the PLO.
