I wouldn’t dare be so cocky as to say Hashem is behind or sanctioning the terrorist attacks. Don’t think Hashem does payback that way. Hashem in my opinion is not Allah…..just sayin’. 🙂
Ha-shem is paying back France for 1000 years of persecuting Jews, especially helping the Krauts to exterminate 80,000 Jews in the Shoah.
