In any case, there is only one way to stop a third Palestinian state being foamed in Shomron and Yehuda. That can only be accomplished by annexing to to the State of Israel all or the key eastern parts of Shomron and Yehuda, then massively populating these places with Jewish residents, Jewish owned industrial and commercial centers, and Jewish agriculture and natural preservation parklands; all under control forever by Jewish police and armed forces.
