Hard to believe that countries such as the US and Canada have allowed grotesque dopes to assume control. Venezuela and Argentina could easily trade places with Canada or the US. Russia has apparently assumed a similar role. Somehow, failing logical basis otherwise, it may well be that Putin is intentionally setting the conditions to… counterattack … and do to the Ukis as Stalin did to Germany to end WWII.
