The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors: they purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood, and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or to be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men. Samuel Adams
Tyranny is defined as that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry. Thomas Jefferson
In examining the CIA’s past and present use of the U.S. media, the Committee finds two reasons for concern. The first is the potential, inherent in covert media operations, for manipulating or incidentally misleading the American public. Frank Church
In 2016, Marco Rubio had a bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, as did fellow presidential hopeful, Ted Cruz. Both men, according to our founders and the Fourteenth Amendment, are ineligible to run for President of the United States as neither were born to two American citizen parents.
Trump has referred to Rubio as a “laser-focused, hypersonic, international, American missile” and suggested he is setting himself up for a strong future in leadership.
As of April 2026, Marco Rubio serves as the U.S. Secretary of State (since Jan 2025) and has held multiple concurrent roles in the Trump administration, including acting National Security Adviser and previously Acting Archivist. Known as a “Secretary of Everything,” he is handling foreign policy, National Security Council restructuring, and USAID, focusing on “America First” policies.
As Florida’s Senator, Rubio was the head of the Senate Intelligence Committee. He was also a board member on the CIA wing of the GOP, the political back channel of the Republican Party and the CIA, the International Republican Institute (IRI). It was launched in 1983 by the newly formed National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The NED was created by Reagan, at the request of CIA’s William Casey, to win back what they lost in the 1975-1976 Church hearings. Reagan aimed to undo the legislative restrictions placed on intelligence agencies (CIA, FBI) after the Church Committee exposed illegal surveillance and foreign assassination plots. (EO 12333)
The Democrat Party has their own National Democrat Institute (NDI). These two organizations are responsible for a large portion of internet censorship. The NDI and IRI target the enemy and the enemy is us, the conservative constitutionalists who love their guns, their Bibles and their country.

Rubio was also on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee overseeing the State Department. He monitored both the CIA and the State Department. Not only was Rubio a member of the IRI, he has spoken at the event, advocating for those fighting for democracy and praising former Senator John McCain as a mentor. The IRI is the CIA, created by the CIA to offload the CIA’s dirty work.
Rubio’s Political History
The Aspen Institute is comparative to an American Bilderberger Group. In addition to the globalist Aspen and Brookings Institutes, there are a staggering number of private groups that shape and command American policy, including the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and Trilateral Commission. Many of these research groups and think tanks have received payments from foreign governments and encourage American government officials to support policies aligned with those foreign governments’ agendas.
On the right, is the Council for National Policy which was founded in 1981 by Nelson Bunker Hunt, Tim LaHaye, Pat Robertson and T. Cullen Davis who was twice tried for the attempted murder of his wife. Their first published list of members included five CFR members.
Nearly every elected official is influenced by corporate and industry groups, professional associations, labor unions, and single-issue advocacy groups through lobbyists, campaign contributions, and direct advocacy. The Aspen Institute is largely funded by one world government foundations such as the Carnegie Corporation, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Ford Foundation, none of whom have freedom and liberty as their top priorities.
UN Agenda 21 author and promoter, Maurice Strong, was the Director of the Aspen Institute for some years. Agenda 21’s Smart Growth is the elimination of individual rights, including property rights, the main tenet of Marxism, which were promoted early on by the Aspen Institute.
Aspen Institute named Marco Rubio as one of the top young elected officials to its third class of Aspen-Rodel fellows. The Institute’s Rodel Fellowships in Public Leadership program brings together bipartisan groups of public officials judged to be the rising stars of American politics.
Aspen Institute President, Walter Isaacson, who was also the former head and CEO of CNN and Managing Editor of Time Magazine, said the Rodel Fellows “represent the best hope for America’s future—upcoming leaders committed to working together for the common good.” The “common good” is code for the globalist socialist agenda of destroying free market growth and leveling the playing fields.
Aspen participates in the Ethical Globalization Initiative (EGI), headed by former UN official Mary Robinson, who calls the International Criminal Court, which can prosecute and imprison US citizens, “a great legal enterprise.” Isaacson served on the EGI board, along with global tax supporter, Jeffrey Sachs, who was an advisor to U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan. Aspen has their own billionaires fund.
Rubio and the CFR
The Washington Post reported on Marco Rubio’s speech at the Council on Foreign Relations in May of 2015. He was invited to speak on foreign policy with member Charlie Rose, and was introduced by Richard Haass, former President of the CFR.

The American Conservative believes Rubio’s speech was pretty lame, but you can decide for yourself. He stated that America’s role in the world is as a security guarantor. Rubio also claimed as president, he would “use the American power to oppose any violations of international waters, airspace, cyberspace, or outer space. This includes the economic disruption caused when one country invades another, as well as the chaos caused by disruptions in chokepoints such as the South China Sea or the Strait of Hormuz.”
Were the 2028 election to be a contest between Marco Rubio and Gavin Newsom, the future of U.S. foreign policy would be clear. It would mean a continuation of previous policies by former presidents that have dominated our nation since the onset of World War II, interventionism, more war, and more casualties.
President Washington’s farewell address was the opposite of Rubio’s desire to police the world. Our first president wrote, “The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is, in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible. So far as we have already formed engagements, let them be fulfilled with perfect good faith. Here let us stop.”
Rubio’s Voting Record
Is it any wonder Rubio was named an Aspen-Rodel fellow, or invited to speak at the CFR? His voting record exposes why these organizations love the Senator.
The Rubio-Schumer Gang of Eight amnesty bill likely would not have passed the Senate had Rubio not been such a prolific supporter. He later waffled on the fact of being a great supporter of illegal aliens gaining citizenship.
Rubio is well known as the champion of amnesty, something he was allegedly “against” when campaigning to become Florida’s Senator. However, once elected he rushed into Chuckie Schumer’s arms and co-authored the “Gang of Eight” bill which was amnesty on steroids. It wasn’t surprising; every single Democrat and Marxist in Congress voted for it. Had the Florida voters been listening closely prior to electing Marco, they’d have heard him slamming Arizona’s SB 1070 anti-amnesty bill of 2010. Rubio actually likened the bill to creating a “police state.”
Senator Rand Paul wanted to restrict the number of Muslims entering our country, and his amendment would have suspended visas to 30 Muslim countries with Jihadist populations. Rubio, on the other hand stated that he would “hate” to block funding for Obama’s refugees. (Yes, they’re Obama’s, they’re certainly not main stream American’s ideas of welcome immigrants.) Rubio even stated he felt limiting Muslim migration might be unconstitutional. Excuse me attorney Rubio, but you obviously haven’t read any of our immigration laws lately. Needless to say, Rubio joined the rest of former Speaker Paul Ryan’s moderate (euphemism for socialist) republicans in voting down Rand Paul’s amendment.
Rubio has been one of the most ardent champions for increasing Muslim migration. The U.S. has admitted millions of migrants from Muslim countries since 9/11 on a permanent lifetime basis. In 2020, there were an estimated 3.85 million Muslims in America.
Rubio has sought to grow that number vastly. In 2015, Rubio introduced an immigration bill which would have allowed for an unlimited increase in Muslim migration.
One wonders if Rubio’s love of amnesty is payback. His grandfather was ordered deported by a judge after flying in from Cuba without a visa.
Trade Agreements
Senator Rubio cast the deciding vote for Obama trade in 2015 as it squeaked through the U.S. Senate 60-37, and his Senate office refused to answer whether he even knew what he was voting on.
Remember, Ted Cruz voting for Fast Track for the TPP trade agreement? Well guess who cast the deciding 60th vote to give Obama Fast Track? Yes, Marco Rubio!
The entire purpose of fast-track is for Congress to surrender its power to the Executive for six years. Legislative concessions include: control over the content of legislation, the power to fully consider that legislation on the floor, the power to keep debate open until Senate cloture is invoked, and the constitutional requirement that treaties receive a two-thirds vote. Legislation cannot even be amended.
By contrast, without fast-track, Congress retains all of its legislative powers, individual members retain all of their procedural tools, and every single line, jot, and tittle of trade text is publicly available before any congressional action is taken. This is where it belongs.
Food Stamp Reform
Marco Rubio is almost the only republican to take the democrat’s side on this bill, and Senator Cruz blasted him for voting for it. The bill would have saved taxpayers about 10 billion a year by blocking families with substantial assets from receiving food stamps.
When Rubio served as speaker in the Florida House, he stopped bills from coming to the floor that would have deported illegal immigrants in state prisons and that would have denied food stamps to illegal immigrants.
He even stopped a bipartisan proposal that would have allowed the deportation of about 5,000 illegal immigrants in Florida prisons, provided they had served half their sentence and agreed to be deported. Similar legislation saved $141 million and $13 million in prison costs in New York and Arizona.
Cap and Trade
As Florida speaker, Marco Rubio aggressively pushed for Florida to adapt to the inevitable federal “cap and trade program.” Cap and trade is an environmental system that democrats support. A federal cap and trade program would be centered around a carbon tax. He changed his mind in 2016 when questioned by Bret Baier at one of the presidential debates.
Worst Attendance Record
Rubio’s attendance record for votes was one of the worst in Senate history. His seat was regularly empty for floor votes, committee meetings and intelligence briefings. He’s not the only one though. Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz are also often truant from their senate seats.
From January 2011 to January 2025, Senator Marco Rubio missed 442 out of 4,600 roll call votes, or roughly 9.6%, which was significantly higher than the 2.8% median for senators serving at that time. His absences peaked during his 2015-2016 presidential campaign, with a 30.5% absentee rate in 2015. Back then, he even missed the vote on Obama’s Omnibus bill which he probably would have voted for anyway, although he stated the outcome was predetermined.
That bill needed to go down in flames!
The $1.1 Trillion Omnibus Bill funded some dreadful programs, and locked in huge spending increases.
- funds the entirety of Obama’s 2012 executive amnesty for “Dreamers”—or illegal immigrants who came to the country as minors, and granted 700,000 illegal aliens with work permits, as well as the ability to receive tax credits and federal entitlement programs
- funds sanctuary cities ( illegal alien crimes by year)
- funds all refugee programs
- funds illegal alien resettlement
- quadruples H-2B foreign worker visas
- funds the release of criminal aliens
- funds tax credits for illegal aliens, and much more
The Record Rubio Wants Forgotten – Arming Libyan Rebels
In 2005 Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi had dismantled his WMD program and was lauded by the international community. Relations between Libya and the US were improving. However, in 2011, Rubio hoped to polish his foreign policy credentials for an eventual president campaign, and so he thoroughly backed Hillary Clinton’s War on Libya. Following the murder of Gaddafi, Rubio, McCain and Graham celebrated with the rebels they helped to arm, just a year before these rebels attacked the embassy in Benghazi.
We know the rest of the story.

Rubio and H-1B Visas
Dena Moore, a constituent of Marco Rubio, endorsed Donald Trump in 2016. Moore is the woman who filed a discrimination lawsuit against Disney stating, “You can’t let a bully continue to be a bully.” She was one of the Disney workers who was laid off after being forced to train her low wage foreign H-1B replacement. Moore said, “Trump is the only one who is standing up to bullies.” Dena Moore never realized that the laws being passed were bringing in low wage foreigners to replace American’s jobs.
In 2015, Rubio introduced a bill to triple the number of H-1B visas. This bill, known as the I-Squared bill, was endorsed by Disney CEO, Bob Iger, via his immigration lobbying firm. Disney was also one of Sen. Rubio’s biggest financial boosters– having donated more than $2 million according to Open Secrets.
Donald Trump took the opposite stand, exposing what Rubio had done to American workers and calling on Disney to rehire the Americans. Disney did not broadly rehire the approximately 250 IT workers laid off in 2015 who were forced to train their foreign H-1B visa replacements.
Foreign Policy: Rubio has supported bipartisan efforts such as the NATO Unity Protection Act, which prevents a president from unilaterally withdrawing from or annexing NATO lands. He also voted for the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2022, providing $40 billion in emergency aid.
Climate (Kigali Amendment): He was one of 69 senators who voted to ratify this international agreement to phase down hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), a move lauded by environmental groups.
Political Influence
While the Majority Whip of Florida House, Rubio used his official position to urge state regulators to grant a real estate license to his brother-in-law, a convicted cocaine trafficker who had been released from prison 20 months earlier, according to records obtained by The Washington Post. His brother-in-law was the ‘front man’ for a multimillion-dollar cocaine-smuggling ring headed by a drug kingpin who ran the operation from an exotic animal sanctuary.
Orlando Cicilia was arrested for his part in the illicit operation in 1987 during Miami’s narcotics heyday when future presidential hopeful Rubio was just 16. Cicilia, worked as a real estate agent after serving just 12 years in prison despite being sentenced to 35 for his part in the scheme.
Conclusion
The “Secretary of Everything,” like his colleague Ted Cruz, supports our Middle East ally, Israel, and has worked closely with their government during Operation Epic Fury. Israel has supplied the intelligence that has enabled America’s success in devastating Iran’s leadership and inflicting significant damage on Iran’s already weak military.
In 2016, Donald Trump tweeted the following:
“Rubio is totally owned by the lobbyists and special interests. A lightweight senator with the worst voting record in Senate. Lazy!” – Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 30, 2015
Why would anyone in Florida vote for lightweight Senator Marco Rubio. Check out his credit card scam, his house sale & his no-show voting! – Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 2, 2016
How times have changed.
The Cuban anchor baby, former Senator and “Secretary of Everything” may be the Republican Presidential candidate in 2028.

Ron DeSantis!!!!
@John Galt IV
Do recall that Ron Desantis joined his support for fast tracking Obama’s TPP project as well. I have yet to ever hear an explanation for this.
