Restore Britain released a report this week documenting the systemic rape of British girls by Muslim rape gangs across the country.
Independent MP Rupert Lowe unveiled a harrowing 219-page independent report Tuesday detailing the systematic sexual exploitation of at least 250,000 young—mostly white—British girls.

From the foreword of the report by Rupert Lowe of relatively new Restore Britain Party: I was unaware of the sheer scale of the evil that has been, and continues to be, perpetrated by chiefly Pakistani Muslim men against vulnerable young white women and girls in communities up and down our country (Inquiry).
The estimates are that Muslim men are responsible for 95 percent of the heinous activity (Freeze).
It’s worth pointing out that the perpetrators are not lapsed Muslims. They have found arguments and rationale within the tenet of their faith.
Christian Concern: The report cites considerable evidence of the Islamic connection with rape gangs. This includes testimony from victims such as Taylor who said: “Before they raped me, they would chant ‘Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim.’” (Translation: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful.)…
Christian Concern published last year a report by Dr Mark Durie entitled UK Grooming Gangs and Islam. In his report, Dr Durie identified eight aspects of Islamic law and theology that are proposed to influence and enable grooming gang criminality.… Rupert Lowe tweeted: Our inquiry report proves that without doubt there is an undeniable link between religion and the rape gangs. Islam. As a country, we need to find the courage to finally say so. He is right. I hope this report helps us to find that courage (Christian Concern).
Rupert Lowe sums things with notable candor: Essentially what has happened is that the decaying political establishment has imported millions of migrants from alien cultures that are entirely incompatible with the British way of life. Those migrants have colonised large parts of our country, and live their lives how they choose to do so because our authorities are too frightened of being called racist to challenge them. That has meant attitudes have flourished and spread which, in short, treat women and non-Muslims like sh**. And yes, I do mean that…. Vulnerable working class white girls were treated like a piece of meat. Raped, abused, tortured, murdered. It was a racial attack, and it was a coordinated attack. All across Britain. They targeted these girls because they were vulnerable, they were young, they were white. Until the political class accepts that fact, nothing will EVER change. These men do not live by the same rules as us – it is all beyond evil (Lowe).

- Scale of Abuse: The inquiry estimates that at least 250,000 underage British children—mostly young, vulnerable white girls—were systematically groomed, trafficked, and sexually abused between 2010 and 2025 alone.
- Demographics and Targeted Exploitation: The report explicitly details that race played a fundamental factor in the selection of victims, identifying clear and repetitive patterns of targeted exploitation primarily carried out by organized grooming gangs of predominantly Muslim males.
- Institutional Failures: Multiple state institutions, including local councils, social services, healthcare bodies, and police forces, are accused of severe negligence. The report states authorities repeatedly ignored warnings or prioritized “political sensitivity” and community relations over the safety of children.
- Severe Harm: Victim testimonies describe harrowing trauma, including being plied with hard drugs, coerced into trafficking rings, or subjected to extreme physical violence
How could this have happened? Why did it go on so long? Why did British authorities turn a blind eye for years, as the lives of a whole generation of young girls were destroyed?
In France, a Muslim quoted Qur’an while raping his victim. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has said that her rapists would quote the Qur’an to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. In India, a Muslim gave a Qur’an and a prayer rug to the woman he was holding captive and repeatedly raping. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.” In India, a Muslim kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old Hindu girl, and forced her to read the Qur’an and Islamic prayers. In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam. I refused. I am not willing to deny Jesus and he said that if I would not agree he would kill me.” Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.

Report Claims Grooming Gangs Operated in 149 Areas Across Britain

A privately funded inquiry organised by Rupert Lowe’s Restore Britain party has accused British authorities of allowing organised child sexual exploitation networks to operate across the country for decades, claiming that political sensitivities repeatedly took precedence over protecting vulnerable girls.
The 219-page Rape Gang Inquiry Report is not an official government investigation and did not possess statutory powers to compel witnesses or evidence. Instead, it draws on survivor testimony, whistleblower accounts, court records, previous inquiries, and expert evidence gathered during hearings organised by Restore Britain.
The report examines Britain’s rape gang scandal, a series of cases uncovered in towns and cities across England in which groups of men, largely of Pakistani Muslim heritage, sexually exploited underage girls, often over many years. Previous official investigations in places including Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford, and Telford found repeated failures by police, social services, schools, and local authorities to intervene despite numerous warnings.
According to the report, those failures were not isolated incidents but part of a nationwide pattern. The inquiry claims to have identified evidence of grooming gang activity in at least 149 local authority areas across the United Kingdom and argues that organised networks used similar methods regardless of location.
Among the report’s key findings are:
• Grooming gangs operated across much of Britain rather than in a handful of notorious towns.
• Victims were commonly targeted with gifts, alcohol, drugs, and attention before being trafficked and repeatedly abused by groups of men.
• Police, social services, schools, health authorities, and local councils repeatedly failed to act on warning signs and, in some cases, treated victims as the problem rather than the perpetrators.
• A disproportionate number of offenders in major grooming gang cases were of Pakistani Muslim heritage, a pattern the report says authorities were reluctant to discuss openly.
• Fear of accusations of racism and concerns about community relations contributed to inaction from authorities.
• Both Labour and Conservative governments failed to address the problem adequately, despite years of evidence and public warnings.
The report recommends tougher sentences for organised child sexual exploitation, mandatory recording of offender ethnicity, greater accountability for public officials who failed to act, and the deportation of foreign nationals convicted of such crimes.
Its publication comes as Britain’s National Crime Agency continues Operation Beaconport, a nationwide review of historic grooming gang investigations. This week, the agency confirmed that the first batch of previously closed cases had been returned to police forces after reviewers identified potential missed lines of inquiry. Eight police force areas have already been instructed to reopen investigations.
The report is likely to increase pressure on the government’s own statutory grooming gangs inquiry.
While critics will question the conclusions of a politically organised inquiry, the report’s central argument is that Britain has yet to confront the scale of a scandal that left thousands of victims without protection and many perpetrators beyond the reach of justice.
