What Has Happened Here

Peloni:  Don’t forget the important influence of Trump’s machatunim, Special Advisor To the President on Africa and the Middle East, Massoud Boulos, who is rarely mentioned, but who should be understood to be one of Trump’s closest advisors.

Our foreign policy is and always has been ultimately determined and decided by our President, with guidance from his most trusted administration advisors.

Thus, much if not most blame here needs to also go to his immensely financially conflicted, czar like “braintrust” envoys, Witkoff and Kushner, along with V.P. Vance, who together led him astray, and imprudently convinced him to make a Chamberlain like appeasement deal with the devil.

Clearly a political decision, and not remotely a statesman like decision. In accommodation to his new found patronizing disingenuous Islamic friends. Countries run by Muslim authoritarian family monarchies, who are strongly opposed to Iran ever become a functioning Middle East democracy.

As Churchill had said, “you were given the choice between war and dishonor, you chose dishonor, and you will have war.”

The successful military actions taken against Iran were an “arm in arm” “hand in hand“ partnership initiative decision by Israel/Netanyahu and the U.S./Trump, against their shared enemy, who has for decades been spouting “death to America, death to Israel, the big satin and little satin,” at every opportunity.

Very much akin to the shared WWII military actions against Germany by Great Britain/Churchill and U.S./FDR.

Can you imagine, if after the Battle of the Bulge, when it became very clear Germany would soon be defeated, FDR unilaterally, without Churchill’s involvement or participation, negotiated a ceasefire/peace agreement with the Nazi’s, where there would be no regime change and they could stay in power. Again, without the involvement, participation, advice or consent of Churchill ?? A deal that worked to the detriment of Great Britain, as the regime of their staunch dangerously threatening enemy, and geographic neighbor, would remain in power.

That is exactly what Trump, Kushner, Witkoff and Vance have done here, to Israel.

With Iran, (not even North Korea), being the only country with or seeking nuclear weapons primarily for offensive purposes, not defensive purposes.
