Israel Needs to Think Outside the Box

Peloni:  There is an important conversation to be had regarding this topic.  Should Israel reveal its nuclear program to the world in hopes of providing a deterrence to its enemies?  Comments would be appreciated.

And the box in this case contains the official Israeli policy of never admitting to being in possession of nuclear bombs. This policy needs to be re-thought.

The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists lists eight states known to possess nuclear weapons that do not deny they do: U.S., Russia, United Kingdom, France, China, India, Pakistan, North Korea.

Israel is listed as a ninth state that has such bombs — but Israel uniquely refuses to confirm that it does.

It is believed by some that Egypt’s Anwar Sadat made peace with Israel in 1979 because he judged Israel unconquerable because it had nuclear weapons – for which peace he paid with his life.

In light these days of the misery of the Israelis in the north subjected to Hezballah terror drones launched out of Lebanon, Israel might benefit by re-thinking its nuclear policy and threaten the enemy with such a bomb unless the enemy ceases launching these death-bearing drones and other projectiles into Jewish homes and communities.

But Israel first must first be clear, as it has never been, just who the enemy is and what the violence against Israel is all about. It is not a nationalist clash between nation-states but a medieval, religious aggression by the Muslims against the Jews whom Muslims have been “oppressing and humiliating” (a Koranic commandment) on a daily basis since the first days of Islam.

In the 20th century, in the decades of the 20s, 30s and 40s in Mandatory Palestine, hundreds of Jews were slain by Arabs led by a Muslim priest who denied the very existence of a territory called Palestine. The vocabulary of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin al-Husseini was exclusively religious. He insisted – and he was right — that never in history had Muslims known of a country called Palestine. That name is so alien to them to this day, they cannot even pronounce it properly. The call it Filisteen. Haj Amin said Jerusalem was located in southern Syria whose capital was Damascus. The Muslims over fourteen centuries had never made Jerusalem a capital city of any geography. Haj Amin was no “Palestinian nationalist.” Only the secular Zionist Jews in that generation were proud to call themselves Palestinians (short for “Palestinian Jews”).

And no less today, Israel’s enemy remains Islam, and most acutely its Shiite variation. The enemy in Lebanon is not a state but the Party of God, cultists who in reality are just extensions of the Shiites in Iran.

It is significant, if never noticed, that Hezballah never makes demands of Israel to do something, or cease doing something, in order to make them stop launching their projectiles of death and destruction; and that is because they have no demands. Trying to murder and terrorize Jews in the free Jewish state is a religiously praiseworthy activity in itself and the justification for this behavior. Every Friday in the world’s thousands of mosques, sermons of hate and violence pour forth from the midbar (pulpit), out of the mouth of a Muslim priest. In Judeo-Christian culture, the clergy, its ministers and rabbis, are the last people in the community to call for war. In Islam, it is the just the opposite. It is their words that fuel the horrors perpetrated by the devotees of their hateful, death-loving cult and as such these structures should be eliminated by the IDF.

Hitler had his Der Sturmer and Beobachter newspapers to crank out his hate, and they have their mosques.

Of course, these buildings should not be bombed when Believers in the One True Faith are inside practicing their plagiarized version of Judaism, but when these buildings are empty; that is the time to reduce them to rubble. These Shiite mosques are the font of their Islamic poison, and Israel has the right to demolish these factories of pitiless cruelty toward Jews, e.g. like subjecting the Jews in the north to a life of constant terror alerts.

Israel might even threaten that unless Iran calls off its Hezballah terrorists, Israel will flatten the Iranian city of Qom which is homebase for the Shiite hierarchy, with its ornate mosques and madrassas, libraries and archives. Israel needs to treat Shiite Islam as a sister ideology to Nazism, both on fire with genocidal hatred of Jews.

The Shiites constitute only 10% of the world’s Muslims. The Abraham Accords are evidence that not all Muslims are as vicious as the Shiites, so Israel need not and should not declare war on all Muslims — just 10% of them.

After World War II, in Germany, the promotion of Nazism became a crime. Likewise in Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union, the promotion of Communism was outlawed.

And so, Israel might threaten these enemies of mankind in Iran that unless they call off their Hezballah killers, Israel will do to Qom what was done to Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I mean, what is the point of having a nuclear arsenal at all if the state never rattles its nuclear bombs when just the threat of using them might be beneficial and forestall any actual use of them?

In any case, if dropping an a-bomb is too much for you, Israel does have the power now to make Qom look like today’s Gaza without nuclear bombs. Iran’s rockets have landed in Beersheva, Rehovot, Tel-Aviv, Haifa, so Israel has the right to bomb their cities with conventional munitions, not for the purpose of killing Muslims at random, as their terror drones are meant to do to Jews, but the smashing of their religious institutions. Israel needs to declare war on Shiite Islam.

Such a policy might also inspire the Europeans drowning in the Muslim invasion to gird their loins and fight back to save their culture from the threat of these delusional jihadi jackals raping their people, openly bent on stealing their countries and reducing the Europeans to be their dhimmi.

+5 “Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition” is a legendary 1942 patriotic song written by Frank Loesser and famously recorded by bandleader Kay Kyser and his orchestra. It became a massive World War II anthem, topping the Billboard charts in 1943.The rallying cry originated during the December 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor. Aboard the USS New Orleans, sailors were scrambling to pass heavy anti-aircraft shells to ammunition hoists. Lt. Howell Forgy, a Navy chaplain, walked the lines patting men on the back and offering encouragement, which included the famous phrase “Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!”Here are a few quick facts about the song and its history:The Inspiration: Although Chaplain Forgy is credited with the iconic line, the song blends several heroic tales from Pearl Harbor to inspire public morale. The Hits: While Kyser’s version with the Glee Club is the most well-known, other artists like the Merry Macs and Horace Heidt also released popular recordings at the time. The Royalties: Songwriter Frank Loesser donated all of his initial royalties from the track directly to the Navy Relief Society.Pop Culture: Decades later, the upbeat and catchy tune found renewed fame when it was featured on the soundtrack for the video game Biohock 2.If you’d like, I can help you find:Streaming links to listen to Kyser’s full original recording.More about Frank Loesser’s other WWII-era music.Information on other Kay Kyser hits from the 1940s.Let me know what you’d like to explore next.

    Song by Kay Kyser

    Overview
    Lyrics
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
    And we’ll all stay free
Praise the Lord and swing into position
Can’t afford to be a politician
Praise the Lord, we’re all between perdition
    And the deep, blue sea
Yes, the sky pilot said it
    You gotta give him credit
    For a son-of-a-gun-of-a-gunner was he
Shouting, “Praise the Lord, we’re on a mighty mission
All aboard, we ain’t a-goin’ fishin'”
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
    And we’ll all stay free
Praise the Lord (Praise the Lord) and pass the ammunition
Praise the Lord (Praise the Lord) and pass the ammunition
Praise the Lord (Praise the Lord) and pass the ammunition
    And we’ll all stay free
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
