Peloni: These are not the strikes which will destabilize the Iranian regime. There needs to be an element of chaos among the economic strikes being brought against the IRGC, and chaos does not come from sinking tankers which are already going nowhere due to the economic sanctions. Instead, chaos is derived from attacks on the security infrastructure and leadership personnel which holds the regime in power.
