So far, Herzog has insisted he will not join the coalition, even though Netanyahu has tried to lure him in.
According to Maariv, the Prime Minister has already offered Herzog seven portfolios – including foreign affairs and justice – and promised to shift coalition policies away from the right if Zionist Union joins.
A spokesman for Herzog has denied both the report and speculation over the Labor leader’s plans.
Netanyahu has reportedly also reached out to Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid, offering his party the ministerial portfolios currently held by Jewish Home.

Bennett is a strong partner. Herzog is a known under-cutter.
Even if these reports were true. Which is doubtful. The left wants Bibi to fall not join him a coalition, they have made this very clear. So more than likely this is disinformation to get the coalition to break apart so the left can get new elections.
Bugi would want guarantees of a real partnership rather than being used as a fig leaf to lend respectability to Netanyahu’s policies. Its unlikely that Netanyahu wants to build up a rival to himself. I would take it with a grain of salt.
No one can be sure if the report is based on reality or not. Personally I would not doubt it.
Nevertheless, anyone that may be surprised by el netanyahu betraying, lying, deceiving, harming Jews and Heritage and even his voters, supporters, anyone, should seriously consider counseling.
There has never been a worse failure that managed to finagle a posting in the fashion Netanyahu has done.
And if the people allows that element to remain in power… expect nothing but defeat.
