@EvRe1 That was one of Trump’s campaign promises. Will he keep it now? How about legislation treating foreign interference in education the same as in elections. Qatar endowing a chair? That’s like Hamas endowing a chair! My only concern is that every time the world comes up with new rules to make sure crimes against the Jewish people never happen again, they wind up being used to make sure they do!

This brief video was informative about 18 U.S. Code § 2339B – Providing material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist organizations and how it can be used to charge faculty and students who are engaged in providing support for foreign terrorist organizations.
I agree this law can be used to charge individuals. But the real problem is that colleges and universities have zero incentives to prevent their campuses from being used for foreign terrorist purposes since they get big donations from Qatar.
I suggest the government withhold federal funds if not accreditation from all colleges and universities which help foreign terrorist organizations. Then using the above statute will be helpful in charging specific individuals on the involved campuses. In essence our college and university system has been bribed to graduate whole generations of Americans who believe Israel is committing genocide and deserves to be destroyed. This is corruption of our educational system of an enormous magnitude.
Perhaps a law will be passed by Congress that will outlaw any foreign terrorist country from donating anything to our colleges and universities. Make Colleges and Universities Great Again!
I haven’t listened to this, but my theory is that by getting rid of Hamas – totally – we will get rid of Hamas supporters. No Hamas; nothing to support!
