  1. There are at least four minorities within Iran that have organized liberation movements capable of bringing this vision to fruition: (1) The Iranian Kurds; (2) the Iranian Azeris; (3) the Ahwazi Arabs; and (4) the Iranian Balochs.

    For over a year I have spoken of this strategy whereby internal ethnic minorities are activated in conjunction with their external counterparts. If no deal is reached with Iran I expect, and predicted in the past, that this will be the next phase of the arab spring. Note that the entire northwest is populated by Kurds and azeris.
