Ishmael is a Thief

On Sunday 31 October, there in Detroit, Michigan, neighbor of the Islamic State of Dearborn, was a marvelous display of Arab/Muslim culture in the People’s Conference for Palestine 2025.

Speaker after speaker affirmed (unintentionally) the truth of the Torah in which Abraham’s first son, Ishmael, prophesied before birth to a pereh adam/an undomesticated jackass (Genesis 21:9-20), was expelled from the Land of Israel by his father, but instead of accompanying his mother Hagar, who also was expelled and returned to Egypt, he went to live in the Paran Desert with a bow and arrow, good for killing for food but also killing other men.

Ishmael became, according the great Torah exegete Rashi, a listim, an armed robber. And for thousands of years to come — as the seed of Abraham and Sarah spun out millennia of Jewish history and literary creativity, his seed remained an illiterate, unsettled, uncivilized, nomadic predator people; brutish, conscienceless outlaws who preyed on people at their most defenseless, most commonly in transit.

For example, when Mark Twain in 1867 made his pilgrimage to the Promised Land, he learned that traveling from Jaffa on the sea inland to Jerusalem in the hills was a two-day, overnight excursion. There was no public transport. You had to hire beasts of burden for your luggage and yourself. There were no roads, no wheeled traffic only animal tracks, and the pilgrim had to hire armed guards as well because Arab Muslim Bedouin roamed the lawless countryside.

Before even the rise of Islam, there was also the famous midrash/homiletic tradition that relates that G-d offered his Torah to other peoples, e.g. Moabites and Esavians, but those two nations rejected it for the prohibitions on sexual immorality and killing respectively, and the sons of Ishmael rejected it too because it says, “Don’t steal,” which was their lifestyle/livelihood.

Indeed, when in the 7th century, Muhammad ibn Abdallah ibn Abdel Muttalib emerged, who according to some scholars attempted to convert to Jewishness but was ejected from the yeshiva in Mecca because of his character, he went off and created his own version of the Jews’ religion, claiming he was the last of the great prophets found in the Torah; and his Koran is chock full of plagiarized Torah stories, the most significant being the Binding of Isaac.

He also plagiarized the idea of a numerical list of commandments, one being the obligation of a Believer to make the pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in a lifetime to the spot where Ibrahim bound Isma’il for sacrifice.

And when a Muslim is asked to explain the different versions of the same story, the Muslim claims the Jews stole the story from Islam. Muslims believe the Torah is a corrupt version of the Koran. There are dozens of Biblical Jews in the Koran, all of whose stories were re-written by the Jews, Muslims believe.

Muhammad died in 632, and six years later his devotees invaded the Promised Land and above all overran the Jews’ holiest site and constructed on top of it a monument symbolizing the dispossession of the Jews as Allah’s covenantal people. This is the meaning of the Golden Dome of the Rock. It is not the Jews who are in “occupation” of “Palestinian” territory; the oldest criminal occupation in the Middle East is the Muslim presence on the Temple Mount.

Fast forward fourteen centuries to Detroit and there was born-in-America Rashida Tlaib so coarse as to use the oedipal expletive, arguably the filthiest in the English language. She said the “political structures of the American country were built on slavery, genocide and rape.”

This from an elected Congresswoman, who as a Believer in the One True Faith of Islam also shouted support for the fake “Palestinians” who on October 7, 2023 were the real homicidal rapists of males and females, who enslaved the Jews they captured, attackers guiltlessly bent on genocide. Her three accusations are psychologically projective. Her people are the enslavers and rapists, murderers and torturers.

Another speaker was a visiting “scholar” at Syracuse University who won a Pulitzer Prize who lectured the attendees that Israelis are “the thieves.” They are “the child killers,” “sexual abusers, thugs, and criminals.”

Another speaker, a self-defined “Palestinian” poet, Mosab Abu Toha said Israel’s war effort will fail. “We know that no matter how long a thief keeps your property, it will remain your property,” namely, the Jews’ Promised Land really belongs to us “Palestinians.”

This is a Torah prophesy thousands of years after the Almighty gifted the Jews with his Five Books come to life. What this Ishmaelitic Pulitzer Prize laureate said trashed the Five Books in which the Promise of this Land to the sons of Jacob-Israel by my count, appears 180 times, that’s the kabbalistic number 10, times 18, “life” in numerological gematria. In the first Biblical conversation recorded between the Creator of Existence and Abraham, the Promise begins, but here are these Muslims claiming Balestine (sic) is theirs and the Jews are the thieves in this relationship?

Abu Toha likened the Arab fiasco/Nakba (catastrophe) in 1948 to the Holocaust, which is more plagiarization. The sons of Isma’il are a people of no originality, no creativity. All they can do is claim that what is of value to Jews is theirs. They confuse their appetite for what does not belong to them with a right to take it.

Muslims say, that if the Holocaust was the Nazi abuse of Jews — that the Jews used after WWII to guilt-monger the world into letting them steal Palestine as compensation — so his “Palestinians” too have been victimized by Jews acting like Nazis and are therefore also entitled to have a state in Palestine. Whatever the Jews have, Muslims covet and claim is rightfully theirs.

Another Muslim genius, a professor at the Islamic University in Gaza, a branch of Al-Azhar in Cairo, alma mater of numerous Muslim priest-terrorists, Refaat Alareer sermonized that October 7 was “legitimate and moral. Exactly like the Warsaw Ghetto uprising.”

Again, no originality. The Jews have their antisemitism; Muslims are the victims of Islamophobia, and so long and so forth.

The Christian New Testament appends its own stories to their error-ridden translations of the Jewish Bible – and never mind Deuteronomy twice forbids adding (or subtracting) anything from the Five Books.

But Islam’s behavior is far worse. At least the Christians added their own stories, when the Muslim scripture is Jewish scripture re-written.

And this is why, after the Detroit conference on that Sunday, the following Saturday in Riyadh visiting UAE Prince MbZ Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan sounded the death knell to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s pipe dream, the Abraham Accords, siding with his host “Prince “MbS” Mohammad bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, who always, when talking of normalization with Israel, never fails to condition it on implementing the Two-State Solution, which is verbal camouflage for handing Judea and Samaria over to Hamas.

And that it was MbZ who spoke this way was a shocker because he has played the role of Arab “moderate” who has led the way in commercial relations with Israel.

His siding with MbS surely distressed Netanyahu. With talk in Israel lately of annexing Judea and Samaria, MbZ is no different from other Arab chieftains in declaring that Israel claiming sovereignty in what antisemites call the “West Bank” will be the end of the Abraham Accords.

Surely this disheartens cheerleaders of the Accords, for shining an uncomfortable light on the similarity between Benjamin Netanyahu and his political opposite, the late Marxist philosopher Shimon Peres. He too believed that the road to peace with the Arabs was engaging them in peaceful commerce which would be a win-win situation. Israel would have peace and they would be making so much money, they wouldn’t even think of war anymore with Israel.

After the “Handshake on the White House Lawn,” Peres published a book called “The New Middle East” which should mimic, he argued, the European Union. Peres the “visionary” foresaw saw a region tearing down all borders and throwing away visas. The Middle East would be swarming with businessmen and tourists. Peres even foresaw Israel joining the Arab League of States.

Spoken like a true Marxist, oblivious to the importance and role of religion in particular among the Arabs. As Arabs they have nothing to be proud of; as Muslims they are uniquely in possession of the correct understanding of the religion of Ibrahim.

Prince MbS sees himself the Guardian of the Two Mosques, in Mecca and Medina. For him, and any Muslim leader who makes peace with the Jewish state, that would be like pinning a sign on his back saying, “Kill me.” Case in point, the life and death of Anwar Sadat, assassinated in 1981; likewise the assassination in 1950 of King Abdallah of Jordan on orders of the Grand Mufti Haj Amin because the king was rumored to be planning to make peace with Israel.

Israel’s current prime minister in his autobiography labelled himself a secular man, and as such is ill-equipped to fathom the importance of Islam to Muslims. As a culture, they are so far behind Judeo-Christian civilization, all they have to console themselves with is Islam and the jihad, which is all about destroying all other religions and of course looting all the infidels’ wealth.

The jihad is the divine, eschatological dream of the Ishmaelites: overrunning the whole world, destroying all other religions, and stealing all the wealth of nations.
