Peloni: Trump has announced that his 20 Point Plan is indeed just part of a wider regional plan which will implement peace in the Middle East. So we don’t know what the full picture of the Day After will involve, but as stated Israel is giving up sovereignty and occupying Gaza, allowing an international ‘reforming’ surrogate to lead reforms which will include a ‘reformed’ PA, returning aid dispersement to the control of the UN/Red Crescent, and the possibility of Palestinian statehood discussion far in the future. Is this what victory looks like? Well, perhaps the wider regional peace plan will provide a greater context for what is taking place… or perhaps it will all fall apart after the hostages are released.

Following Hamas’ apparent positive response to the Trump Plan, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement on Friday night:
“Following Hamas’s response, Israel is preparing for the immediate implementation of the first stage of President Trump’s plan for the immediate release of all the hostages.”
“We will continue to work in full cooperation with the President and his team in order to bring the war to an end in accordance with the principles set forth by Israel, which are consistent with President Trump’s vision.”
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump responded on Truth Social to Hamas’ announcement that the organization is prepared, in principle, to accept the release of all hostages, subject to several conditions and following negotiations.
“Israel must immediately stop the bombing of Gaza, so that we can get the Hostages out safely and quickly!” Trump wrote.
“We are already in discussions on details to be worked out. This is not about Gaza alone, this is about long sought PEACE in the Middle East.”
Trump noted that the U.S. is already engaged in talks regarding the details of the plan.
He also released a video thanking the countries that supported the initiative and assisted in the negotiations, adding that “we are close to ending the war.”
His remarks followed Hamas’ official announcement earlier in the evening that it agrees to release all living and deceased hostages according to what was proposed in Trump’s plan to end the war — in exchange for a full withdrawal of the IDF from all areas of the Gaza Strip.
The terrorist organization added that it is ready to begin immediate negotiations to finalize the details.

Don’t like the sound of this. HamASS should agree to all proposals or it’s no deal. They have no right to make any conditions or negotiations, and Trump has caved in.
The IDF needs to assure Hamas that this is a SNAPBACK withdrawal. And should prepare for WHEN Hamas to violates the agreement.
Hamas will gree to DJT’s 20 point plan only if their conditions are fulfilled first. Apart from the surrender and withdrawal of the IDF, there are only a few points…
