The Evangelical Community seems to be the only Christian community that understands Israel for what it is, and the Jews as being the community from which Jesus-the-Jew arose.
Now I wonder what the Pope, as well as the leaders of the various “Orthodox Churches” feel about all this. It would seem that they have no interest in offering a helping hand to Israel in these efforts to save their Christian brothers. At least not while Jews are involved…
