Yes, if it actually comes from Mudar it IS baloney. But to me it seems mote like something that Simon what’s-his-name, would mumble about. A prognostication of future events in a place he could know nothing at all abouy.

I have seen ways for President Zelensky to leave if he wanted. He could walk across the border to Poland for one. There are others ways if that is what he wanted to do.
