Why is Israel Chained to the Diplomatic Process

By Moshe Feiglin, JEWISH LEADERSHIP BLOG

We are used to thinking that the goal of the State of Israel is to achieve peace and that the problems our state faces are security, demographics, Palestinian nationalism, international pressure and economics.

But “peace” cannot be the defined goal of a state. Peace is the result of the proper definition and achievement of the goal. If peace were the goal, it would be easier to achieve it in another place, by surrendering our sovereignty, or by assimilation.

Ethnic Opposition to Iran’s Regime Is on the Rise

Lt. Col. (ret.) Michael Segall, JCPA

Iran’s Ethnic Diversity (U.S. Institute of Peace)
Iran’s Ethnic Diversity (U.S. Institute of Peace)

  • Since June 2016, Iran has been enduring terror attacks and assassinations by ethnic-opposition elements operating within its territory and adjacent to it.
  • Attacks on Iranian petroleum infrastructure in Ahvaz are a reaction to Iran’s ongoing repressive policy against the Arab minority in Ahvaz, including the ongoing arrests, trials, executions, and expulsions of young people in that area.
  • There are currently six to seven million Kurds living in Iran. Although they are part of the Iranian state, they may be distinguished from the Shiite minority by language and religion (most Kurds are Sunnis).

The Munich Massacre Is A Complete Coverup

The Munich Shooter’s Facebook Including His Family Background Shows He Is NOT Iranian But A Syrian Islamist Pro Turkey

They initially introduced his name as a western name “David S”. Then his name changed to Ali David Sonboly (which sounds western) when his real name is Ali Daud Sonboly/Sunbuli which is an Arabic name (better pronounced Sunbuli) and has an exclusively Arabic meaning: ‘from the wheat kernel’.

Sonboly is no Iranian. He is Syrian. His Facebook page showed that he is pro Turkey’s Islamists. That, plus he had a record with the Interpol and was being watched. He is also not a teenager as they show us, but an adult as videos showed. What the reader should conclude after reading is this: why is the eye witnesses account (which is substantiated by material evidence) contradicts media reports (which provide zero evidence that we can verify, just government claim). Let me shred the media’s narrative piece by piece.

The evidence is mounting that erdogan masterminded the “coup”

ErdoganFormer Pentagon official: “Erdogan Engineered His Own Coup”. Watch Erdogan’s ‘Hitler Youth’ Before The Supposed Coup, Reveal Erdogan’s Master Plan To Take Over Turkey And The Entire Muslim World

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is a “megalomaniac” and could have manufactured the coup attempt to rehabilitated his domestic power and image, Harold Rhode, a former longtime Pentagon official and Turkey specialist, told The Jerusalem Post.

“Giving into the Russians and Israelis in order to repair relations with them was humiliating” for him in the eyes of many Turks and people in the Middle East, said Rhode in an interview on Sunday.

DNC DISASTER: Hillary Now Trails Trump. Here Are 5 Reasons Why

By Ben Shapiro, The Daily Wire,

clinton1Donald Trump becomes president, Hillary Clinton will have only herself to blame. The latest CNN/ORC poll shows Trump jumping to a five-point lead against her in a four-way race, with Trump at 44 percent and Hillary at 39 percent. Trump is now ahead among independents, 46 percent to 28 percent; before the convention, he was behind 34 percent to 31 percent. Hillary has a 44 percent to 39 percent advantage against Trump among college voters, but he’s ahead among non-college educated white voters by a stunning 62 percent to 23 percent margin. 46 percent of Americans now have a positive view of Trump, an increase of seven points; 52 percent say Trump is running for the good of the country rather than personal gain, as opposed to 44 percent for Hillary; 43 percent say that Trump is honest and trustworthy, and most importantly, 46 percent of Americans say that Trump understands the problems they face in their daily lives.

Netanyahu Likely to Accept U.S. Defense Aid Conditions as Talks Enter Final Round

By Barak Ravid, HAARETZ

Acting National Security Adviser Jacob Nagel is expected to take part in a decisive round of talks in Washington this week on a military aid deal with the United States. Haaretz has learned that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is leaning toward giving in on a good many of his demands and accepting most of the American terms. These include a gradual phasing out of Israel’s spending of one-fourth of the American aid on purchases from Israeli defense contractors.

Europe has lost the Islamic war

By Giulio Meotti, INN

The Wall Street Journal just published a shocking article revealing what Patrick Calvar, France’s director general of intelligence, has in mind.

“The confrontation is inevitable,” said Mr. Calvar. There are an estimated 15,000 Salafists among France’s seven million Muslims, “whose radical-fundamentalist creed dominates many of the predominantly Muslim housing projects at the edges of cities such as Paris, Nice or Lyon. Their preachers call for a civil war, with all Muslims tasked to wipe out the miscreants down the street”.

Yes, France is heading toward the “inevitable confrontation”. 84 adults and children have just been tortured to death in Nice by a truck whose driver told a guard he was bringing ice creams to celebrants of the French holiday of egalitarian values. An apparent gesture of mortuary hysteria, but in fact a spectacular horrendous massacre celebrated by the international Jihad and by many European Muslims.

Report: Germany donating millions to BDS groups

T. Belman. Tuvia Tanenboim in his very popular book, Catch the Jew, identified Germany as the worst offender in supporting anti-Israel activities in Judea and Samaria. German support for this anti-Israel activity comes from both the Government and the churches.

Netanyahu Tells Knesset Panel: We Have Defeated the BDS Movement

NGO Monitor says 42% of 4 million euros donated by Berlin to Israeli nongovernmental organizations has found its way to groups promoting anti-Israeli agenda • German Embassy in Israel: Germany opposes any boycott of Israel, including BDS activities.

By Yair Altman, ISRAEL HAYOM

A new report revealed Sunday that despite statements to the contrary, the German government has been donating millions of euros to groups promoting boycott, divestment, and sanctions against Israel.

NGO Monitor, a watchdog group that promoted greater transparency among foreign-funded Israeli nongovernmental organizations, has found that between 2012 and 2015, Germany funneled at least 4 million euros ($4.4 million) to some 15 Israeli organizations , and 42% of donations went to groups supporting an international boycott against Israel and policies negating Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.

An Award-Winning Documentary About Islamic Terrorists Becomes Hate Speech

by Steven Emerson, IPT

At what point over the past 20 years did citing statements and literature by Islamic terrorists become banned “hate speech?”

A documentary that I produced in 1994 for PBS concerning civilizational jihad won numerous awards, yet YouTube in recent days removed a video posted by CounterJihad that covered the very same topic in much more limited scope.

Both my film, “Terrorists Among Us: Jihad in America,” and CounterJihad’s “Killing for a Cause: Sharia Law & Civilizational Jihad” expose the Islamification of the West waged by the Muslim Brotherhood and its front organizations in the U.S. The Brotherhood, born in Egypt in 1928, is the fountainhead of nearly every deadly Islamist organization on the planet today.

There is Nothing Honorable About Losing to Hillary

By Karin McQuillan, AMERICAN THINKER

In 2008 we had John McCain, who was too honorable to criticize Barack Hussein Obama. In 2012 we had Mitt Romney who again was too honorable to attack our first black President. Now we have Ted Cruz who is too honorable to honor his pledge of party unity, too honorable to protect our Supreme Court from Hillary’s potential nominees, and too honorable to help us win. We have all the Libertarians, so honorable they have a shot at throwing the election to Hillary.

We have a whole list of conservative pundits and websites, who could swallow the GOP betraying all their 2012 pledges, doubling our national debt and increasing entitlements, without a word about bolting the party, but Trump’s crude, honest talk is too much for their honor to bear?

The RNC Convention through Mainstream Media Eyes

By Dan Joppich, AMERICAN THINKER

I’m one of those rare few who don’t believe in paying for television or radio, so most of my updates on the RNC convention came via network news, public television, public radio and a smattering of Liberal-leaning websites. Since it’s unlikely that most here frequent these “news” sources, I thought that I would share my takeaway from the Left’s point of view this week:

Monday – Apparently nobody gave speeches on Monday if you get your news from the Left. Coverage revolved around all the people carrying guns and all the police in and around the convention center. Since the two never clashed, the Leftist media were totally disappointed. They turned to their new darling, one of my favorites – Jonah Goldberg from NRO. They’re only interested in Jonah because he hates Trump with a passion. Actually Trump mentions Goldberg as one of the people who motivated him to jump into the race just to prove him wrong. NPR seems to think that Jonah gives them credibility and balance but in this one circumstance he confirms them instead. If they have Jonah on air to discuss his opinions of Hillary during the DNC convention, then I’ll believe that their intentions are balanced reporting. Of course, Jonah is there on this day not to comment on the speakers but to draw a connection between Trump and the only other story of the day/night – convention-goers suffering from a norovirus. So Day One Wrap Up – Lots of crazies with guns. Lots of police with guns and body armor. Nobody was shot. Lots of people got sick. Nobody important enough to care about hit the stage.

Russian arms for Hizballah cross Israel’s red line

DEBKA

President Vladimir Putin turns aside all Israel’s complaints about Russian arms supplies to Iran’s Lebanese proxy, Hizballah, whenever he talks to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu – roughly every week-to-ten days. The issue is also raised without results by Israeli officials on trips to Moscow, including the visit by Yossi Cohen, Director of the Mossad, to the Russian capital on July 1.

Nonetheless, Netanyahu persisted in complaining again about the Russian arms reaching the Lebanese terrorist group in his latest phone conversation with Putin on Saturday, July 23. He made the call, DEBKAfile military sources say, primarily to raise another topic at issue, the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) flights from Syria into Israeli airspace on July 17.

Israel emerges as a player on the world stage

With over 250 foreign companies creating research facilities in Israel, its strong high-tech capability has been rated by the University of Lausanne as one of the top five world powers in this key area.

By Jonathan Edelman, JPOST

bib-and-putin-400x324The emergence of Israel as a small but significant player on the world stage is one of the remarkable developments at the end of the post-Cold War era. The slow economic growth of the United States (2.5 percent/ capita) and Europe (1.5% GDP/capita) has shown the weakness of the status quo powers. The American semi-withdrawal from the Middle East and the British withdrawal from the European Union have opened the door to new powers.

The chaos in the Middle East and the rise of revisionist authoritarian states such as Russia, China and Iran and democratic states like India raise the possibility of a new world order. This would be partly dominated by hardline conservative nationalism, charismatic leadership, slow economic growth and hostility to the old globalist order.

Latest Survey Finds 25% of French Teenagers Are Muslims

BY MICHEL GURFINKIEL  PJ MEDIA, MARCH 14, 2016

The French see René Descartes, a 17th century philosopher, scientist, and mathematician, as the truest expression of their national mind. I am afraid they are right.

Descartes rejected authority in intellectual life and insisted on reconstructing knowledge on plain sense and strict reasoning, hence his famous motto, cogito ergo sum (“I think and therefore I am”). However, he also disdained experience as long as it could not be boiled down into logical and mathematical terms. This approach, so much at odds with the empirical and pragmatic approach favored in the Anglo-Saxon world, is indeed a hallmark of French culture — including politics.

Hagee: Pro-Israel evangelicals will ‘storm’ US voting booths

T. Belman. I’ll take CUFI over AIPAC any day.

‘I think Donald Trump is a very smart man. He recognizes that a voting bloc of 3.1 million people is something to which he wants to pay attention’

BY REBECCA SHIMONI STOIL, TOI

Pastor John Hagee, center, leads Christians in a solidarity march in Jerusalem in 2010 (Coutesy: CUFI)

Almost 400 miles away from Cleveland, sweltering in a Washington, DC heat wave, thousands of potential voters stood on their feet, opening their arms in testimony, waving American and Israeli flags and vowing that for Zion’s sake, their voices would be anything but silent.

Christians United for Israel’s annual summit was booked years in advance of the announcement that the Republican Party would hold its nominating convention in Cleveland the same week, but the powerful grassroots-based organization sees itself as playing a central role in the drama that continues to unfold in the 2016 elections cycle – and beyond.

SPUTNIK NEWS  July 23

Turkey’s increasingly warm relations with Russia spell trouble for the United States at a time when the already strained ties between Ankara and Washington have been further complicated following the unsuccessful attempt to overthrow President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, journalist and research analyst Salman Rafi Sheikh asserted.

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan speaks during a news conference following the National Security Council and cabinet meetings at the Presidential Palace in Ankara, Turkey, July 20, 2016
Turkish authorities have blamed US-based Islamic cleric Fethullah Gülen for the military coup and have repeatedly asked US officials to extradite him. Washington seems to be reluctant to do this, much to Ankara’s discontent.

Geopolitical Consequences of the Coup – Turkey’s ‘U-Turn Towards Russia’

SPUTNIK NEWS July 21

One of the geopolitical consequences of the failed coup is that Turkey will ultimately turn its back on the EU and NATO and focus on the East, and Russia in particular; it will also adopt the Asian model of development, with a strong central presidency and a dominant single-party government, according to financial analysts.

The Moscow Kremlin

The geopolitical and economic consequences of the failed coup attempt in Turkey will be its U-turn from the EU and NATO towards Eurasia, according to the Austrian financial newspaper Wirtschaftsblatt.

Haredi party trumps Labor in latest poll, Yesh Atid ties Likud

MK Ya'akov Litzman

Less than two months after Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu secured the support of Avigdor Liberman’s Yisrael Beytenu party, expanding his coalition from 61 to 67 seats, a new poll shows a dramatic shift in support – and the possibility of a Lapid-led government.

The poll, conducted by Geocartographia for Kol HaZman, shows support for the current coalition fairly stable, with the six coalition members winning a combined 68 seats in the poll, compared to the 67 they currently hold.

Kurdistan First

By Gideon Sa’ar, JPOST

Kurds, Kurdistan, Kurdish

Following the collapse of the outdated Sykes-Picot Agreement and the disintegration of Arab republics in the Middle East, Israel must consider its interactions in the region.

For the foreseeable future, the prospects do not look promising for a major improvement in ties with the two leading non-Arab states in the region – Iran and Turkey.

Since the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Iran has undoubtedly been Israel’s most dangerous enemy, and it will probably remain that as long as the ayatollahs stay in power.

Clinton VP Pick Tim Kaine’s Islamist Ties

By Ryan Mauro, BREITBART

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s newly-announced running mate, Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, has a history of embracing Islamists. He appointed a Hamas supporter to a state immigration commission; spoke at a dinner honoring a Muslim Brotherhood terror suspect; and received donations from well-known Islamist groups.

Appointing a Muslim Brotherhood Front Leader Who Supports Hamas

In 2007, Kaine was the Governor of Virginia and, of all people, chose Muslim American Society (MAS) President Esam Omeish to the state’s Immigration Commission. A Muslim organization against Islamism criticized the appointment and reckless lack of vetting.
