In a recent interview, President Trump’s peace envoy, Steve Witkoff, warned that the ongoing conflict in Gaza poses a serious risk to regional stability, with Egypt and Jordan particularly vulnerable. Speaking to Tucker Carlson, Witkoff underscored the fragility of both regimes, stating,

A hearing has been scheduled for March 31 before U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi in the pending case of Yitzchok Frankel, et al. v University of California Board of Regents, et al., by the Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney regarding the government’s interest in opposing the University of California, Los Angeles’ motion to dismiss a lawsuit.
This is the same case in which Scarsi issued a preliminary injunction against UCLA, on Aug. 13, 2024. In his ruling, the judge noted:

It was obvious from the beginning that the student protesters were tools of Hamas. Now it turns out that they were actually an arm of Hamas. This supports, of course, the idea that those among them who are not U.S. citizens should be deported.

For a long time, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been criticized for his hostile attitude toward Israeli media outlets and his refusal to give Hebrew-language interviews.
Peloni: How ironic is it that Ukrainians were forced to wait ten years before even this much justice was provided for the savagery which took place on May 2, 2014 during the Odessa Massacre. Having spiraled first into a Civil War and followed by a war with Russia, much could have been avoided had justice rather than division been the hallmark of the aftermath of the 2014 US sponsored coup. The lives of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians/Russians, and the devastation across Ukraine might all have been prevented, had only the govt which claimed to be acting on behalf of the Ukrainian people embodied this claim by pursuing even the most basic level of justice which even the anti-Russian ECHR has now provided, over a decade later. But then again, justice for the Ukrainian people has never been the interest of the Ukrainian govt.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on Thursday that Ukraine violated the European Convention on Human Rights by failing to prevent and investigate violence during the Odesa’s pro-European Maidan protests in 2014.
Peloni: Election reform is the most critical action Trump will take during his second term. It’s success or failure will determine if the Americn Republic will be ruled by the consent of the governed or by the elitists who control the systemic election fraud. Peloni: The claim that Iran is not seeking nuclear weapons is the result of a pro-Iranian bias which is and continues to characterize Tulsi Gabbard’s perspective. I and many others warned about this fact before Gabbard was placed into the sensitive position she holds today, and this warning was first validated by her choice of the pro-Iran Daniel Davis to fill one of the most sensitive positions on her staff, and it has now been re-validated by Gabbard’s absurd statement before Congress, which ignores the capability of Iran having the means of being within a week’s effort of having a number of nuclear devices. The deep disconnect which exists between this fact and Gabbard’s position is, in fact, not one of naivete, but one of supporting the nearly achieved outcome of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. The pro-Iran element in Washington simply received an upgrade with Gabbard’s nomination. Recalling that Personnel is Policy, we should concentrate on the reality that the sooner Gabbard’s position is vacated, the safer the US and the world will become.

Pondering the Big Platforming of Darryl Cooper

One of the more interesting things Darryl Cooper revealed while ensconced on the massive Joe Rogan platform last week concerned his appearance on the even more massive Tucker Carlson platform last summer. It was the night before the Carlson interview, Cooper recalled, and he and Carlson were having dinner, talking about the upcoming show. Carlson informed Cooper that he was going to introduce him as America’s greatest living historian. Cooper says that he demurred, having explained to Carlson that he was no historian, did no original research, published nothing; rather, that he was someone who recorded stories about what he had read.
Carlson was having none of that. He was dead set on tagging Cooper with this nonsensically extravagant accolade and told him just to roll with it during the taping the next day. If you go back and watch Tucker’s opening of the Cooper show, you will notice that no blush, no gulp, and barely a muscle move across Cooper’s face as Tucker coats him with this syrupy wash of words — “the most important popular historian working in the United States today.” But even that wasn’t enough for Tucker: “I want people to know who you are, and I want you to be widely recognized as the most important historian in the United States today because —”
Avigdor Kahalani is one of those countless success stories, the living embodiment of Jews of all backgrounds forging a new multiethnic country.

My interest in declassifying the JFK papers couldn’t be measured by a microscope. I predicted that there would be nothing there and… surprise, there was nothing there. There’s one challenge in the Middle East that President Donald Trump can easily tackle. During his first term, his administration ordered AJ+, a U.S.-based project of the Al Jazeera Media Network, to register as a foreign agent acting on behalf of Qatar. Al Jazeera remains noncompliant. As the Qatari network faces heat for aiding and abetting Hamas terrorism—including a lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court—the Trump administration should enforce its original order.
