Peloni: It is said that insanity is the task of doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different outcome, something which might be raised with regards to the American decision to try to negotiate Iran into abandoning their nearly achieved nuclear ambitions a second time around. While this might be a fair description of insanity, I think that a greater example of insanity is to grasp that an existential nuclear threat is being raised against America and the West, while they choose to negotiate rather than to act to prevent such a cataclysm as a nuclear Iran from materializing, even as the window of opportunity to prevent such a calamity is imminently closing.

The United Nations (UN) Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) plays a significant role in documenting humanitarian crises worldwide. Peloni: It is vital that this become a routine rather than remarkable response to advocates of terror in the US. There are also laws aplenty which might be applied to those who partake in or support terrorism, so let us not delay in applying these legal standards to those who sponsored these pro-Hamas events. Indeed, break these terror loving dens using every means possible, with the specific intent of making their support of terror as anathema as it was once ubiquitously accepted to be. This is a lesson worth learning and no better place to teach it than among the terrorist supporting dens of inquity which now inhabit what was once the pinnacle bastions of America’s educational establishment.
Peloni: The time to stop Iran is not today, but a decade ago, or a decade before that. Indeed, the window of opportunity has drawn to all but being closed and yet the West continues to act as if either they have time to accept delay or that they have an honest partner in negotiations in the Mullahs ruling Iran. The truth is that both of these beliefs are false, and it does appear somewhat transparent that this is actually the case. The Mullahs mean to subjugate and destroy not only Israel, but the entire Western world, and to prevent this from taking place, action against Iran’s nuclear capabilities needs to be taken NOW, as the author explains.

Peloni: Oman is in a difficult position, but the war with Iran is one in which allies of the West can have no hope of being simultaneously allies of Iran. Oman must finally make a stand against Iran and its proxy war against Israel, or they should bear the consequences of being the faithless ally of the West which has been tolerated by the West for far too long.
Oman cannot have it both ways—it cannot benefit from American friendship and assistance while enabling a crisis in the Middle East.

A showdown may be brewing in the Middle East. Judging from the rhetoric of both Hamas and Israel, the ceasefire in Gaza is likely to collapse. Should war return, there is a high likelihood that the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist group in Yemen will also get back into the action. If past is prologue, the Houthis will fire ballistic missiles at Israel, while simultaneously targeting U.S. warships and international maritime vessels in the Red Sea.
War in Gaza is likely to resume on an unprecedented scale, with the possibility of direct U.S. involvement.
Jordan’s king can no longer mislead America while supporting Islamists and denying Palestinians a place in Jordan.
In Sinai, a military confrontation between Israel and Egypt appears inevitable and could unfold in the coming years. President Trump has had enough with the Middle East globalists’s shenanigans….
Peloni: It is pure folly to foster any pretense that the LAF presents any control over Hezbollah in any meaningful way. So long as the US maintains this narcissistic fantasy, particularly in combination with the ruse being fostered in negotiating with Iran, Hezbollah will continue to stand as a very real threat to Israel and the people of Lebanon as well.

The state of ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel, which went into effect on November 27, 2024, has now officially expired. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has withdrawn from almost all areas occupied in south Lebanon during the conflict with Hezbollah and, per the terms of the ceasefire agreement, handed them over to the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF).

Hence, Ukrainians continue to suffer for a want of having their choice of leadership being considered as Zelensky is close to entering the seventh year of his five year term of office, during which he has spent the past three years avoiding every avenue of peacefully resolving this war, and will likely continue to do so til he is removed from office, which he defers to only being possible after the conclusion of the war which he will not end…

If the US and Russia want a deal on Ukraine, Zelensky will need to cooperate. That is far from certain. The result could be that President Trump will not be able to negotiate a Ukraine settlement with Russia and the Ukraine war will continue.

He plowed his car into a crowd of people celebrating Christmas. He is 50 years old, so this act on wanton destruction cannot be put down to any teenage angst. He is known for anti-Islamic views, so that cannot be a full explanation for this tragedy.
Peloni: Is this the the beginning of a thaw between Trump & Musk? It is good to have boundaries, and all personnel must appreciate and adhere to such boundaries, but the egos and perspectives of Trump and his chief lieutenant are not aligned in many significant ways, making both this statement, as well as Musk’s adherence to it, necessary. Musk’s interest in mind chipping the world and his ties to China and the globalist elites are but a few of the distinctions which come to mind regarding these two personalities, and these should not be seen as being unrelated to the work which Musk is undertaking.

Since taking office, Musk’s DOGE has dominated the headlines as he has gone from agency to agency with his team auditing department spending and employee efficiency. In late February, Musk instructed federal employees to provide him a list of five things they accomplished during the last week, but some department and agency heads instructed their staff to ignore the emails. Trump told his cabinet and Musk that they need to work on “cost cutting measures and staffing,” according to his Truth Social post. “As the Secretaries learn about, and understand, the people working for the various Departments, they can be very precise as to who will remain, and who will go,” Trump wrote. “We say the ‘scalpel’ rather than the ‘hatchet.’ The combination of them, Elon, DOGE and other great people will be able to do things at a historic level.”
