He was Dr. Anthony Fauci’s No. 2 at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He was not quite, in Godfather parlance, the consigliere. He was more of a plain-old gatekeeper. He controlled the access and worked to stop people from getting to Dr. Fauci while protecting his boss against knowing things that Dr. Fauci did not want to know.

Peloni: How ironic is it that Zelensky’s positions appear to be a carbon copy of the positions which the US has taken in recent days, yet going one step further than even the US State Dept by actually recognizing an Arab state called “Palestine”. In fact, Zelensky, in one speech, supports the TSS, recognizes Palestine, supports the blood libel against Israel, supports the persistence of the terrorist enclave of Hamastan, and vows to send humanitarian aid to Hamas. Israel should strip the beggar nation of Ukraine of all material support, including the defensive aid it regretfully sent to them in support of their right of defense. The Lebanese Al Akhbar newspaper, which is affiliated with the Hezbollah terror group, on Tuesday morning reported that in recent days, a number of diplomatic messages have arrived in Beirut, containing warnings regarding an impending war with Israel.
Hezbollah has been launching both missiles and UAVs at northern Israel since October 7, 2023, and Israel has responded by retaliated in a precise and controlled fashion, targeting Hezbollah military infrastructure and senior terrorists.
Peloni: Blum raises the point which I raised months ago that the complicity of the Gazans is so complete that not a single hostage has been delivered to freedom from the efforts of so much as a single Pal living in Gaza. They are not innocent. They are complicit, by their actions on October 7, by their jailer status over the ensuing months, and by their refusal to assist the rescue of even a single Jew held in captivity.
So far, not a single civilian in the terrorist enclave has opted to be categorized as a member of the “Righteous Among the Nations.”

It’s time to dispel the myth that Gaza is filled with innocent civilians. In the first place, the residents of the enclave are responsible for Hamas’s takeover in 2007.
Second, their brethren in the Palestinian Authority are hungry to copy the move in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), despite years of ample evidence of what life is like under Hamas’s reign of terror.
Peloni: The most important aspect of the San Remo Declaration was the clause recognizing the right of the Jews to reconstitute their lands, as is cited by Grunstein below and has been detailed previously by Dr. Jacques Gauthier. By doing so, the same powers which created half the states of Europe and the states of Arabia certified the indigenous connection between the Jewish people and the lands of our ancestors. As Israel is forever challenged for its right to exist by our detractors, and seemingly more so with every passing hour, we must never fail to reassert the factual basis of this truth which was, as Grunstein notes, agreed upon without any dissent by the entire world community over 100 years ago, and which, as Gauthier notes, was not disputed by the Arab representative at the time, the future King Feisal of Iraq, when he presented his claims before the Supreme Council.
The Jewish people’s right to Jerusalem and the Land of Israel is enshrined in international law.

King David declared Jerusalem the capital of his kingdom in the Land of Israel over 3,000 years ago.
Although many empires have conquered the Land of Israel over the centuries, the Jewish people never entered into any peace treaty with any conqueror that voluntarily surrendered title to the Land. Moreover, no other independent country comprising only the Land of Israel was ever established and ruled by any resident and indigenous nation other than the Jewish people. Jerusalem has only been the capital of Israel and no other nation. It should be noted that the Quran does not even mention Jerusalem.

The Defense Ministry has signed a deal to purchase 25 F-35 ‘Adir’ fighter planes from the US for $3 billion.
This would be Israel’s third F-35 squadron and bring the total number of F-35s in the Israel Air Force to 75 once all aircraft from this and previous agreements are delivered.
