Peloni: Excellent article.  The reality is that Netanyahu won’t stop because he can’t stop, even if this were his preference.  The recent uproar over the report that he had ended attacks on Beirut demonstrates the public commitment to see that the aims of this war are in fact met.  Much to the consternation of the Democrats in Washington, the Israeli people do not support the American efforts to prematurely end the war and preserving the Iranian existential threats surrounding them, specifically because they will have to live with the consequences of having done so.

Peloni:  As I noted earlier, the proof is in the proving, and Israeli strikes in Lebanon returned to Dahiya Beirut, the location of Hezbollah’s headquarters.  The attack took place within hours of the US having stated that it opposes the scope of Israeli attacks in Beirut.

Peloni:  This interview was intended as a trap to undermine Trump’s economic policies, and more specifically his tariff policy, and use them against him.  The effect of this planned trap was however something quite different.  In fact, Trump provides an important perspective in explaining his use of tariffs in more detail while also explaining that, rather than being accompanied by inflation as Micklethwait asserted would be the consequence, Trump’s use of tariffs in coordination with Trump economic policy resulted in no such thing.  Sundance goes into some detail in the article below in addition to Trump’s comments which were routinely cutoff in this interview.

It was originally established due to PLO and Palestinian destabilization efforts in South Lebanon along with regular terror attacks on Israelis across the border. Some parts will be open to the parliament and the public.  He will again push for more weapons, especially ATACMS missiles, he will try and justify the Kursk operation that has already cost more than 20,000 lives and where Ukraine’s army is being systematically pushed back; he will complain about North Korean troops in Ukraine, but not provide an iota of evidence there are any, and he will ask for NATO troops to come and help out.

Peloni:  This is the long awaited sequal to the mystery surrounding the USPS truck filled with ballots which went missing on the eve of the 2024.  Patrick Byrne has been pursuing this topic for literally years now and for his efforts his organization has recently succeeded in being granted a hearing regarding the role of the USPS in the 2024 election.  The reality is, however, that the election stands at just a few weeks out and the likelihood of this case having any bearing on the current election would seem to be quite doubtful.  Byrne recognizes this fact, but still asserts that given the implications of the USPS’ position in the election, the judge should order “radical transparency on everything ballot related”.  To be honest, I am less convinced than Byrne that this will be forthcoming, and in particular from a District Judge in Maryland of all places.  But we will see.

Peloni:  The reality here is clear.  UNIFIL, and the UN by extension and action, are aligned with the barbarians in this war.  What is more is that the US and England are threatening arms embargos against Israel while threatening and enacting sanctions on Israel alone.  The cynicism and the maliciousness which are guiding these world powers towards supporting the perpetrators of October 7 can not be ignored and should not be misunderstood.  The barbarians are no longer at the gates, as it were, for they are instead leading the nations of the world to champion outright infamy.

While UNIFIL’s mandate includes its obligation to report violations of UNSCR 1701 and preserve the safety of peacekeepers, the level of detail provided about IDF activities in an active combat situation can be viewed as a manipulation of its mandate to advantage one side, compromising the IDF’s operational security and derogating from neutrality.

With Hassan Nasrallah gone, Hezbollah reeling and Iran’s grip weakening, the Lebanese have started crawling out of the woodwork. On Monday, a few oligarchs and a bloc of 31 lawmakers, out of 128, called for Lebanon’s war to be untied from the conflict in Gaza, for the enforcement of the constitution and UN Security Council resolutions that call for the disarming of Hezbollah, and for the revival of the 1949 truce between Lebanon and Israel. However, no change in Lebanese affairs can be as consequential as steering the Shiites, who have long served as the fodder for Hezbollah’s wars, away from Iran: enter Speaker Nabih Berri.

These past few weeks, replete with out-of-the-box achievements and counter-conventional initiatives, have opened up new ways of conceiving what Israel can and should be aiming to achieve in the multifront war that has been thrust upon it.
