The genocide lie: What is really happening in Gaza

Repeating a falsehood again and again doesn’t make it true.

Moshe Phillips | Nov 3, 2025

There is no genocide in Gaza. What followed the Hamas-led terrorist attacks in southern Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, was a military response by Israel aimed at dismantling the group responsible. It was the logical result of attacking a sovereign state and using civilians as human shields.

The accusation that Israel is committing genocide in the Palestinian enclave has become a popular slogan among Israel’s critics and far too many hostile governments ever since that Black Shabbat. It’s repeated in protests, in the media and even in international courtrooms. But slogans are not evidence, and repeating a falsehood again and again doesn’t make it true.

Mamdani’s Campaign Was Made in Pakistan

Peloni:  Election reform in the US remains the greatest obstacle to America’s return to greatness.  So long as foreign influences and Domestic elitistists maintain an undue influence in America, the Republic will continue to decline.  I still believe that the NYC mayor race is winnable, but it shouldn’t be this difficult for one of America’s largest cities to choose their own elections.  Mamdani shouldn’t even have been on the ballot, and yet he is poised to possibly be the next mayor of NYC.

This is what foreign election interference looks like.

In my early analysis of what made Mamdani the nominee, I noted that there was high turnout by the Pakistani and Bangladeshi Muslim settler population in New York City combined with really low turnout and enthusiasm by traditional Democrats who weren’t exactly enthused by Cuomo et al. The 5% of New Yorkers who voted in the primary were very much a minority. This was a campaign driven by Mamdani’s fellow Indian Muslims in occupied Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Not even in the United States.

IDF Will Not Obstruct Hamas Terrorists’ Return to Rafah if Disarmed

Peloni:  Is this justice?  No.  Justice would be to keep them where they are until the change in the capital punishment law is complete, following which these craven terrorists can become the first to be awarded the sentence of death for their crimes against the Jewish people.  So, I guess there will be no justice to be had as these Hamas operatives live to savage another day.

Israeli leaders clash over reported deal to permit militants’ withdrawal from Gaza buffer zone.

Israfan | Nov 3, 2025

Amid growing tensions and political debate, the Israel Defense Forces will reportedly not block a potential agreement allowing approximately 200 Hamas terrorists to return to areas under Hamas control in Rafah, Gaza if they agree to disarm.

Spurious claims have been transformed into a cause and then asserted as a right

Peloni: Paul addresses some important subjects beyond my own comment on this topic

In all of recorded history there has seldom been a time when obviously spurious claims have been transformed into a cause and then asserted as a right.

Senator Graham misses the point and misleads himself and all of us when he says, “…….. If you pretend the Palestinians will vanish, or that one state is viable, you are not being honest with Israel or with yourself.”

Trump Turns Norah O’Donnell’s Concern Over Immigration Raids On Its Head, Declaring They ‘Haven’t Gone Far Enough’

Peloni:  It is informative to see O’Donnell’s inflection in this interview would suggest that the standard of law enforcement in the US should be something other than enforcing the law. There are lessons for both America and Israel in grasping the truth that the Fourth Estate has no interest in what is legal.

President Donald Trump dismissed CBS host Norah O’Donnell’s concerns over U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids, instead saying he didn’t think they were going “far enough” during his “60 Minutes” interview broadcast Sunday.

‘Our enemy now is Canada’ Alan Dershowitz says on Israel policy

Peloni:  Alan Dershowitz, the prominent Harvard lawyer, recently labeled Canada an enemy of Israel during a pro-Israel conference in New York. He criticized Canada for recognizing “Palestine” and not adequately addressing antisemitism. Dershowitz specifically took issue with Prime Minister Mark Carney’s comments about potentially arresting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu under an International Criminal Court warrant, stating he would defend Netanyahu if such an arrest took place. Dershowitz also indicated his support for U.S. tariffs and sanctions which have been placed on Canada due to its stance on Israel. The conference featured discussions on combating antisemitism and promoting Israel’s narrative, with speakers emphasizing the need for effective communication strategies to counter anti-Zionist rhetoric and to acknowledge Israel’s global standing as a champion of freedom and humanity. The overall theme focused on the urgency of addressing the narrative war used to delegitimize Israel on the world stage.

The Harvard professor tells the Post he is ‘in favour of Trump putting tariffs on Canada for its statements regarding Israel and Netanyahu, and even sanctions perhaps’

Sorry, Sen. Graham. You Are Simply WRONG

Peloni

Sen. Lindsey Graham. Screengrab via YoutubeSen. Lindsey Graham. Screengrab via Youtube

While we Jews hold the claim to the land of Israel, and more, going back some 3600 years, that 3600 year old claim is, by itself, not legitimate in the eyes of many in the modern world, not all of whom should be fairly described as antisemites.  Indeed, we have legal, historical, religious, Biblical and indigenous rights, but the only set of claims which might hold much merit in the modern world, likely to both many of our friends and all of our enemies, are those rights as defined in modern international agreements which are still binding, and which nearly everyone prefers to ignore.  This is why, while our ancestral rights, ie those based on history or the Bible, should be recalled to have been from Dan to Beersheba, as the saying goes, but this is beyond the lands to which we have legal rights today.  Indeed, our ancestral rights also go from the Sinai to what is today Jordan, but again, this is beyond what our modern legal mandate allows us to control.

Israeli Military Dumps Chinese Cars

Major Security Risk But Does it Solve the Problem?

Stephen Bryen | Weapons & Strategy | Nov 03, 2025

Israel is dumping Chinese vehicles it bought for its senior officers and their families, a perk to support career retention in military service. Up to 700 vehicles, most of them manufactured by China’s Chery Automobile Co. Ltd., will be replaced by early 2026.

Amb. Ettinger Warns That Iran, China, and Russia Have Sleeper Cells Across the US

Peloni

Video Loads Below

Summary:

  • Amb. Ettinger begins by drawing attention to the policy shift in the US following President Trump’s return to office with the targeted destruction of Hamas, decimation of Iran’s nuclear capabilities, and the unveiling of the 20-point Middle East peace plan.

  • Ettinger reminds us that Iran’s Ayatollah regime remains the central source of regional instability, funding Hamas, Hezbollah, and other proxies. He calls for Israel and the U.S. to pursue regime change in Iran, not just fighting its proxies.

Israel’s Gaza Media Ban: A Necessary Security Measure?

By Jacob Kohn and Walter E. Block

The Editorial Board of the New York Times recently declared that “Israel’s Gaza Media Ban Is Indefensible,” advocating that Israel allow all journalists, particularly Palestinians, unfettered access to witness IDF operations from the front lines.

The editorial notes that “all wars are dangerous to cover, but Gaza holds a place of its own among modern conflicts for the peril faced by journalists. Some 200 journalists have been among the estimated 63,000 people killed since the Gaza war began, an overwhelming majority killed by the Israeli military.”

Confronting The Generation Gap Among Jews Towards Israel…

by Gerald A. Honigman

Before reviewing the subsequent analyses, it must be noted that younger people in general usually have a more naive, idealistic outlook upon how things should be—without considering the special events/circumstances which throw wrenches into actual situations which emerge.

I, too,  was one of those youths, a little later became a member of the London based Anti-Slavery Society, joined numerous wildlife, humane, and conservation organizations, etc. and so forth.

Cornucopia of reasons why voters should not vote for Mamdani

Peloni:  The Left continues to push this fusion Marxist Islamist candidate into the seat of power in the largest city in America, while overseeing the largest community of Jews in America.  The reason that this is even a possibilty is due tot the fact that America was betrayed at the highest level of power while American and NYC were flooded with non-Americans with values, views and objectives which were entirely not of America.  This contest in NYC stands as a contest demonstrating if this betrayal will succeed in bearing significant fruit.  Certainly, Mamdani believes his position in this race was bulletproof, as he openly cavorted with terror supporters, who actually supported terror in the very city he is running for mayor.  Hence, we will soon see if Mamdani’s confidence was warranted or if it was a bridge too far taken, which rallied the pluck and independence of the common New Yorkers against such demonstrations of insanity, but my own suspicion is that Mamdani will soon be defeated.  Below are a half dozen reports which explain the basis of my beliefs, such as they are.

Mark Levin Slams Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes, And More At RJC Event

Peloni:  Mark Levin provides an important recognition that the choice of supporting antisemites is to support of Evil.  The path to the future can be based on supporting Judaeo-Christian values, or it can go the way of the Democratic Party.  For some, this is a difficult choice, but Mark reminds us that it a choice which is intended to attack America itself, because Judaeo-Christian values are American values, because the path to America’s recovery is to embrace American values, not to shun them as was the path which the Democrats took with the embrace of Obama’s anti-American screed.

There is no immunity for the American Right for embracing evil in the Republican party anymore than there was for the American Left when the Democratic party did the same.  So this leaves us with the reality that first, the Republicans have an important test of character before it with its embrace or rejection of the antisemitism which is now openly being injected into the Republican party by the likes of Carlson and Fuentes, which is in turn being supported by the likes of the Heritage Foundation’s president.  Following this, Americans will have a choice as to whether they will follow the Republican party if it chooses the path of darkness which they rejected in the Democratic party.  As is always my view, my bet and support lies with the American people, who consistently chosen to rise towards liberty rather than to be seduced into supporting tyranny and oppression. This is why there is no Pres. Harris today, it is why the MAGA movement is the most successful political movement in American history, and it is why I believe that America’s future will be brighter than it is today as it rejects these tests of insanity on the Right as they rejected them on the Left.

Bullet point summary of Mark’s comments at bottom

Israel’s Deep State Is Worse Than America’s

Peloni:  Must Read Article.  The one thing which I would argue that Moshe Cohen-Eliya does not address in his insightful Tablet article, in which he describes the Israeli Deep State as being worse than the American Deep State, is that the Israeli Deep State subrogates its own manipulated will to that of the American Deep State.  Indeed, the American Deep State’s lack of sovereignty in its democratically elected institutions and officials is due to the power, control and influence of an elitist power struggle within the US, yet, in Israel, its own respective Deep State, whose lack of sovereignty has fallen further into an institutional collapse which is altogether singularly arbitrary and characterized by its rogue judiciary, there remains an undue influence upon the Israeli Deep State which is due to its relationship (read as dependency) upon the interests and influence of the American Deep State.

So while the world is fixated upon the dishonest interpretation that the world is run by the Jews and Israel, the real truth lies in the telling that the world is run by the Americans, even if the American Deep State is the real source of power in America, something which can not be recognized as being altogether true of the Israeli Deep State in Israel, which is answerable to, and deferential to, the interests and influences of the primacy of the American Deep State.

For left-wing elites in Jerusalem and Washington, ‘saving democracy’ means rule by a rogue judiciary and intelligence services

Sharia Law is an ideology of conquest

Peloni:  Every aspect of Sharia law depict itself as being other than consistent with the legal precepts of the West, particularly as Sharia is fashioned towards the capture of the West thru the process of defeating Western values, thus carving the apple from the inside out, as it were.  It is entirely within the ability of the West to act proactively to assert Western democratic principles as being the law of the land, unfortunately, however, the West is simultaneously being overwhelmed in a layered battle with corruption and decay, resulting in a process of self recrimination which lends itself towards surrendering to the will of Jihadists rather than defeating them, even as it should be clearly understood that defeating the Jihadists is within the capacity and the interest of the West.

Howard Rotberg

Sharia Law is an ideology of conquest and enforced submission, not a religion, and it should be banned here. Here is a speech by a Senator who “gets” it.
