In May of this year, Audi posted a video on Twitter with the caption “At#EUDiversityMonth #Audi”. It had little to do with advertising the car itself. It was an advertisement of diversity, and a very specific one. A woman wearing a black hijab slowly raised the rainbow flag with her both hands. Once again: a Muslim woman in traditional Islamic clothing advertises the LGBT community. Considering how Muslims treat gays, lesbians and transgenders, this is comparable to the Nazis advertising kosher products, and the Stalinists advertising the Declaration of Human Rights. Nevertheless, this curiosity is a prime example of the direction in which the process of globalization is moving.

The recent United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) decision to deny Jews any connection to the Temple Mount was no coincidence. The ill-considered decision came about under the full and continuous support, and at the initiation of, the king of Jordan.

This is no longer a secret. The UNESCO move came barely three weeks after the king spoke at the UN promising doom to Israel because he alleges Israel is unfair to the Palestinians.

PARIS, France — The James Webb Space Telescope has peered through time and huge amounts of dust to capture a new image of the Cartwheel Galaxy, revealing the spinning ring of color in unprecedented clarity, NASA and the European Space Agency said Tuesday.

Located around 500 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Sculptor, the Cartwheel gained its shape during a spectacular head-on collision between two galaxies.

Why should Kushner or Trump expect concession to the Palestinians  in exchange for support for annexation.  How does Israel get out from under? “With annexation, Bibi risked near-unanimous condemnation at the United Nations,” Kushner wrote of the efforts to convince Netanyahu to make concessions to the Palestinians along with extending sovereignty. “And if he went forward unilaterally, there was no guarantee that our administration would block the international sanctions against Israel that might follow.”

The FBI has now directly interfered in two consecutive presidential elections, placing a heavy hand on the scales to benefit Democrats in 2016 and 2020, all in hopes of keeping Donald Trump out of the White House. Yair Lapid, assuming the role of interim Prime Minister of Israel until the general election due on November 1, 2022, has coincided with rising tension between Jerusalem and Moscow. Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, has deemed Lapid as pro-Ukraine and anti-Russian. While Lapid’s immediate predecessor, Naftali Bennett, was careful of not crossing the line of neutrality, Lapid, already as Foreign Minister, positioned himself as pro-Ukraine. Whether in response to western pressures for outright support for Kyiv, or to ingratiate himself to the Biden administration,

Lapid has shown little diplomatic savviness in dealing with Russia. As a consequence, according to the Jerusalem Post (July 25, 2022), Moscow announced that the Jewish Agency and multiple other Russian-Jewish organizations have received warning letters from the Russian government. The Jewish Agency has received a letter from the Russian Justice Ministry that considered it a foreign agent, which might result in the agency being forced to close down.

Israel on Sunday advanced plans to establish a joint Israeli-Jordanian industrial park straddling their border and connected by an existing bridge, in a sign of improving ties between the countries following years of diplomatic malaise.

The plan, dubbed the “Jordan Gateway,” will enable Israelis and Jordanians to “conveniently” cross between the sides to work on joint projects. The proposal was approved by the cabinet at Sunday’s meeting.
