These include Iranian bases, where precision-guided weapons are both assembled and made ready for delivery to Hezbollah, and Hezbollah bases which take delivery of these weapons and take them back to Lebanon. In hundreds of missions over Syria, Israeli planes have successfully avoided being hit; and the Syrian and Iranian defenses have proved unequal to the task of intercepting Israeli missiles.

Prime Minister Bennett made a gloomy prediction to the ministers regarding the uptick in cases of COVID-19 in Israel.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has warned the Cabinet ministers against what is expected in the coming weeks vis-à-vis the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bennett told the ministers, according to Channel 12 News, “Hope this is not a work plan, we are on our way to 1,600 seriously ill patients in early September.”

Despite the cessation of violence between rival clans in Hebron following the murder of a member of the Jabari clan, there is a growing concern in the Palestinian Authority (PA) about the sharp increase in violent incidents, and especially shootings between clans in Hebron.

The PA is working to calm the spirits in the city of Hebron, which is mostly under its control, following the assassination of Basel Jabari by unknown individuals from the Abu Aisha clan. The city has been in turmoil since the murder and residents reported to TPS that dozens of armed groups are still roaming the city.

T. Belman. This report was out of Kuwait. So why did Russia shoot down Israeli missiles in Syria headed for Iranian targets?  My information is that Russia is not turning on Israel.  Quite the contrary.

The alleged approval, reported by Kuwait-based newspaper Al-Jarida quoting American officials, comes following a deadly drone strike last Friday on an Israeli-owned cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman. Both the US and UK join Israel in directly accusing Iran of carrying out the “unlawful and callous attack.”

The United States, the United Kingdom and Russia gave Israel the “green light” on Sunday to attack Iranian targets following a deadly drone strike last Friday on an Israeli-owned cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman, Kuwait-based newspaper Al-Jarida reported, quoting American officials.

Both the US and UK joined Israel in alleging that Iran carried out the fatal drone strike on the oil tanker Mercer Street, putting further pressure on Tehran as it denied being involved in the assault.

T. Belman. Although the numbers show that a high percentage of those infected were vaccinated, a low percentage of serious cases were vaccinated.

6 million Israelis were vaccinated at a cost of $62 each  for the vaccine ($372 million). To this must be added the cost of personnel to administer the vaccine.  All things considered, was it a good investment? What difference did it make?

Of the 143 hospitalized patients, 58% were vaccinated, 39% were not at all, and 3% were partially vaccinated.

Some 143 Israelis were hospitalized with COVID-19 as of Wednesday at 12 p.m., according to the Health Ministry. Fifty-eight percent of them were vaccinated, 39% were not and 3% were partially vaccinated, meaning they had taken one dose or a full week had not passed since their second shot.

Only one patient was a child. Five were pregnant women or women who recently gave birth.

And now, lo and behold, the Biden/Harris administration — which many see as Obama’s third term — is currently pushing yet again for the disinterment of that rotting corpse known as the ‘Two-State Solution.’

On Friday, two Iranian suicide drones crashed into an empty oil tanker off the coast of Oman, killing the captain of the ship, a Romanian citizen, and a British crew member.

The ship was Japanese-owned and Liberian-flagged, but it was under management by a company called Zodiac Maritime, based in London, which is part of the Ofer Global Group, whose principal owner is Eyal Ofer, an Israeli billionaire who lives in Monaco.
